I really find your content helpful. Well done. But i was having a terrible issue, after completing the configuration of both incoming and outgoing servers, the issue still persist. I was get an error that, it could not verify the name and password. Please what should i do or what am i supposed to do to resolve this?
I was tearing my hair out, with little left now wondering why I kept getting the 'unable to verify account name or password'......until you explained it at 1.50mins so thanks for that, all sorted now. But why should we get this message....it is ridiculous...it's the server details they want, what's so difficult that they couldn't say that somewhere?? 3:16 I did all but the configuration setup don't finished after I click on sign in!!...what can I do for?...the mac wait and wait and never charge the following setting page!....I am trying to add my Hotmail e-mail, in my iphone or in the web version this email is working from 10 years ago!!
Hi, this is a great video and very helpful, however I always get stuck on this part here - 2:45 where I am asked to put in the 'incoming & outgoing mail server' information. When i follow your instructions and what Mac mail tells me to do, it never works. So here is an example. If my email address is - info@test-account.co.uk then i would need to write in this - mail@test-account.co.uk right? because when i enter that in to incoming and outgoing it doesn't work. Any help would be great. Thanks

No it isn't.....Your email provider gives you the port numbers to use. I guess it was taken for granted that you knew that bit.
