Meal prep is for me also. I made a big pot of rainbow veggie soup for the week. I use only one potato for the entire pot. The rest is carrot, celery, cabbage, purple onion, green onion, garlic. I boil with just enough water to barely cover, little salt & lotsa pep. 😀 Then I use the small jar of Ragu traditional or the Simply one (has less carbs) sauce & chop up some yellow squash &/or zucchini to throw in for the last few mins of cooking. I have always loved cornbread with this kind of soup but that’s a no-no now for me so instead I buy a box of cornbread stuffing mix (I toss out the seasoning pkt) & just use a few of those like croutons on top. I guess I’ve got the Fall vibes already, but soup is just so nourishing & comforting. Especially as much as we’ve been going & going the last 2 months.😮💨 Hopefully 🤞🏼, next month I’ll be ready to do some more vids on here. I have so many new recipes that I want to share & our new place. Thx for sharing your meal prep! 🌻💖🌻

And there's no excuse why you have to put other Foods in your mouth instead of your healthy foods I had to keep telling myself that LOL you're so sweet I always appreciate your comments and support it's nice to know I'm not alone👍 yes you can do it too! I know you can, the first thing I did was meal prep and tell myself the goal is one week, well I'm on week two and doing fine now week ones always the hardest I promise 😘thinking about you and I hope you have a great week stay beautiful❤
I used to prep but got lazy. I make sure I have lots of healthy option at hand and rarely snack food. I will try to prep more, I need to loose some more weight before winter gets here.
