Great video! I just performed this repair using a $13 aftermarket battery (new) from Amazon. Unfortunately the phone battery level indicator is now jumping around radically (anywhere from 100% to 6%)and shutting off constantly when it thinks the level is below 7%. Probably a bad battery, but is there anything in the hardware connection to the battery that might cause this symptom? Thanks 🙂
