I think you've officially Recruiter'd as hard as a person can Recruiter. If you think of another concept you'd want to try with it I'd gladly watch but I could see some other mods/characters now after truly experiencing mega-recruitment.
@@Retromation Well you could do one more latter on, but with many other characters from other mods turned on. Sure, might be a buggy mess, but could be worth testing
I feel recruiter is the Final Exam for Brotato Gamesense. You need to be familiar with all the systems and how they interact (down to the game-code level) for you to make the most of it. Quite fun!
For the entrepreneur piggy bank interaction, maybe they're both affecting the same stat- percent materials at start of wave (which would normally be 100). In which case, piggy bank isn't actually gaining you money, it's just reducing money lost. This would explain why it doesn't show a value for gained. Going from 52 to 11 is a roughly 79% decrease- which fits this theory too, as if the stat worked additively as I suspect, you would lose 80% of your materials at the start of wave. This could also be expressed as retain 20% (100 - 80) of your materials at the start of the wave. Either way it's coded should give the same result here, unless you start fucking around with other mods and get multiple piggy banks or something- in which case I have no idea what exactly will happen.
I think the PigBank thing is just the wording. Technically with Entrepreneur and Pigbank you aren't gaining any material, just that piggy is preventing you from losing. It lessens entre's % of material lost.
It's the same basic stat, it's just that Piggy Bank is +20% and Entrepeneur is -100%, so you end up keeping 20% of unspent materials as they add up to a total of -80%, right?
Run idea: The VIP + Fisherman. You reroll with every purchase, so you could buy absurd amounts of bait in every shop. Probably would be rough early on, but once you get a rip and tear or something similar, that's where the fun would start.
Entrepreneur and Piggy Bank are both modifying the same thing, called "of your materials...". Entrepreneur is -100%, PB is +20%, so it ends up being "-80% of your materials" Still not good, but better than nothing
It's probably saying that there is zero money being made by piggy bank because it changed from -100% materials to 90 base brotato probably makes it say +10% materials because no piggy bank and no entrepreneur is base 0% materials gained or that's at least how it's behaving
Honestly, if you can get it to take off I think combining Bull and the immobile modded character you played I believe a few months ago (I don’t think I caught the name of the character, but it sits in a mole hole like a potato Diglett) could be really funny. Don’t know how compatibility would be with the Recruiter (or GMO), though.
you shouldve taken Lich at the end. Correct me if I'm wrong but weren't you "healing" all game? the code didnt fix that and you were never not at full health after taking damage
nope, I literally couldn't heal from golem. I was taking damage and actually losing it, the health bar was just so big that you couldn't tell it was missing any to begin with lol.

yeah I think doing another recruiter after this would be criminal, it is _such_ a good finale for the character
Ya it’s criminal, that why there should be one more based on stealing characters with robbery/steal (which does work)

I really want to see you add Tyrant to this mix, that would be chaotic!

either way it is supposed to show the amount that it has saved you, that is all I was saying
I think it all comes down to the word "gained" because you did not gain any money - you just lost less.

If I counted correctly Reto leveled up 145 times in this run with 24 additional levels that he could not spend after the last stage. Quite impressive.
Yeah image his 2nd was apprentice and he didn’t have stats capped it would go crazy
Glad you did this run!! So fun to see it takes off
I think this is the recruiter run we have all been waiting for
This was by far the best run to date for me. So insanely broken.
I love tank runs❤ they are always my favorite type of play style in any game
That was an excellent grand finale
Entrepreneur and Piggy Bank are both modifying the same thing, called "of your materials...". Entrepreneur is -100%, PB is +20%, so it ends up being "-80% of your materials"
Still not good, but better than nothing
Weapons: (6/-5)
That's all you need to know about this run
Saver could have been kinda hilarious haha
You should do recruiter with ALL the character mods on haha
Piggy bank with entrepreneur means you just lose 80% money and not 100%
Mutant oh boy xD
wholesaler + fisherman
I LOVE RECRUITER!
Just code it so every character costs 1 level as the final send off 🤣

Why didnt you take black belt it appeared at least twice could’vr added %50 xp gain and you had no luck modifier so no downside to it
Thrice even!

It says it’s not responsible for any anarchism caused from adding other mods
@@cyanideytcuriousseadoggo That’s what I mean; no way of knowing if the mods will play nice, but if they do, it could be a really funny run.
The recruiter should have only 1 or 2 options to choose from when you level up to balance the character
Can you please try wholesale with fisherman and buy like 500 baits xD?
That was hilarious.
you shouldve taken Lich at the end. Correct me if I'm wrong but weren't you "healing" all game? the code didnt fix that and you were never not at full health after taking damage
that may have been from food actually. Just picked them up so quickly that it looked like healing but doesnt that count for it too?
nope, I literally couldn't heal from golem. I was taking damage and actually losing it, the health bar was just so big that you couldn't tell it was missing any to begin with lol.
Isn't there a character with 12 weapons and after getting 12 weapons getting one armed. sounds fun (I mean boring as it's just a lot of pew pew)
Where do you get you mods, and what is this one called?
I'd like to watch you play this character in endless
cement
Day 2 of asking for Goldfinger on Recruiter.
