Rudn noc is applied for with Punjab authorities in Pakistan every thing takes longer than expected due to everyone giving opinions and discourse your own economic growth this is Fact not a opinion in future please think pakistan first good economy and very good development Aimen
Aoa. Bhai hum ne two files ki thi rudn enclave ki. Abb ager hum sell karna chahe tu kia hum sell kar saktay hain. Ya wait karain. Please bhai batayen. Bohat pareshani hai.
Right now If you’ll sell them you’ll get a huge loss so better to wait , and if you wanted to sell them on urgent basis then invest that remaining amount in a reliable and approved society from relevant departments..

Bhai jo Development Charges pay ker rahay hain. Wo b sirf Charges complete ker k jaan chura rahay hain kyu k Future mei Charges mazeed berh jain kya Garantie hai. Ihnein Pakistaniyon ka khayal nahi infact ye sirf Buisness ker rahay hain. I am really not Happy with Management.
If the management are misleading investors it’s a criminal offence the investors should get together and report it to NAB and get a solicitor for legal advice
