way back when this product was new I split a collectors edition box with my brother. it was the same set, 1 of each card in silver border. for years most of the main characters and good rares we had to play with came from that set. more recently my brother and I split on some boxes of a later set (trouble with tribbles, which has original series and deep space 9 themed cards). cracking open packs of a set I never got to see at the time is a lot of fun.
My brother and I used to mostly collect and sometimes play these in the late 90’s early 2000’s, Star Trek was on tv a lot and we loved watching. Next Generation led to Deep Space Nine led to Voyager, all great series and not like anything else that was on tv then (I didn’t have satellite or cable growing up so options were limited) We both still got our collections I’ve considered pulling them out and maybe EBay hunting for a few missing cards
Those are such awesome memories to have! I was fairly late to the ST world. Had watched the movies with my Dad and brother growing up but the first TV series I really dived into was Enterprise, then went from there. Thankfully prices on this classic game haven't gone through the roof just yet unlike the other old Decipher ones!
First 3 cards are Uncommon then the Rare and the rest are common 😊

They are a classic design for starships! I'm going to try and learn it one day, for now I'll just collect!
Fringe was an awesome show.
Yeah I really loved it all the way through, the cast was superb and the story was something I hadn't seen before!
