Ingredients
(10 pcs of lotus puff pastries)
(A) Water-oil based dough:-
1. 100g (1/2 + 1/3 cup full) All purpose flour
2. 8g (1 tbsp) Milk powder
3. 20g (1 1/2 tbsp) Caster sugar
4. 40g (3 1/2 tbsp full) Soften butter
5. 35ml water
(B) Oil dough:-
1. 60g (1/2 cup) Low protein flour/cake flour
2. 40g (3 1/2 tsbp full) Soften butter
(C)
1. 230g (1 cup full) Lotus paste
Bake in a Preheated 150°C~170°C for 20~25 mins. Baking time & temperature may vary depending on type & accuracy of oven, adjust accordingly.
This my now favourite food chanel ... very simple and easy I have no words...wow

A very elaborate peanut butter sandwich. Relaxing to watch. My baking is always frantic. Whole wheat bread. I may need to start measuring my ingredients by weight. Stop suffering for suffering's sake. What do you do if one egg is heavier than another, bigger than the standard "extra large", or lighter/smaller? Adjust as you go. But if you have very little idea in the first place, the adjusting is too difficult. Thank you.

Los ingredientes
(10 piezas de hojaldre de loto)
(A) Masa a base de agua y aceite: -
1. 100 g (1/2 + 1/3 taza llena) Harina de uso múltiple
2. 8 g (1 cucharada) de leche en polvo
3. 20g (1 1/2 cdas) de azúcar en polvo
4. 40 g (3 1/2 cucharadas llenas) ablandar la mantequilla
5. 35 ml de agua
(B) La masa de aceite: -
1. 60 g (1/2 taza) Harina baja en proteínas / harina para tortas
2. 40g (3 1/2 tsbp completo) Ablandar la mantequilla
(DO)
1. 230g (1 taza llena) de pasta Lotus

Hi chahba, lotus paste is a sweet and smooth filling paste made from dried lotus seeds and the process is similar to that used to make other bean paste. Hi Rehana, Lotus paste is commonly used as filling for mooncakes, pastries and dessert in Chinese and Japanese Cuisine. It is made from dried lotus seeds and the process is similar to that used to make other bean paste, normally can buy from the shop that sell baking materials. My video of the lotus paste recipe will be out in the next two day.
