Eroded the iron rods and peels off falling on the heads right from workers and kitchen maid service workers and residents of the house falling into bits and pieces broken within 20 years the whole building construction works is damaged
The crushers used for filling the foundation ground is so horrible experience in summer it will be too hot and during rainny season the dampness will be upto korai river level
You can see the impacts in our house construction done by contractor since 2002 ,the labour contract done for 680 feet is fine to some extent the quality and quantity that too close monitoring.

Starting they do neatly after getting some new contract go off and the work with unexpressed workers plus one supervisor to take care. Don't know what mistake happened mixing ratio or Salt water of well or lorry drinking water rusted iron content itself. Please see whether for drinking water or for building works the tanker must be EPI coated for building works please see the iron rods is not poor density quality and check the status of the rods are rust free or galvanized or coated with rust free paint.
Not even 25 years the whole building construction is not so good.
In our areas any mistakes happen
No one will questions.
It will be me and my dad to raise voice .
My previous house owner is a BHEL employee , actually want to stay at Trichy after retirement . children job placement different places, so MUCH mental emotional and pain in his eyes seeing the condition of the House
Now only I know no pension scheme for BHEL
Thats why he settled at his native place.
