Hey I'm sorry. Jesus is your strength and he loves you. Honestly, I'm struggling with this and he's been getting me through. Give your life to hik and he can do the same for you. You'll make it through. Now for tips, Have you tried pomodoro, different sleep phases. Maybe talk to the counselor I'm sure others have come with the same complaints so maybe it'll help. Try your best but also make sure you prioritize yourself. Im DEFINITELY not the queen of productivity but these have helped me hope they help u too. Love and hugs💓.
