This is one of my favorite movies with Nick. He looked so perfect. Those eyes...Ugh...Gorgeous. He always says so much with his eyes. He was incredible in this movie!! What an amazing actor!! ❤
That's movie really was Meg Ryan's inspiring masterpiece.Whatta an superb atmosphere when Meg was in this movie. Oh how I miss those special days of 90s
Jesus, I remember watching this in high school. Been on a kick lately of watching old clips from movies I haven't seen in awhile but still really like and it reminds you that they don't make movies like this anymore. The 90s and early 00s are, looking back, a special point in time.
WOW ZERO COMMENTS well this is a first, Love the movie as a brilliant story a great screenplay with amazing direction and casting ❤ I have my personal reasons for holding this movie in high regard, it's something that touches many points of my life as I'm sure it has for many people. Loved this movie 🎬
Nurse here… this I felt was a great move. I am not spiritual but I think this is what I’d like to think about when there is death and or dying. I would like to think that if there are angles this is how they are around us. I do believe in “free will” thanks
This is so embarrassing, compared to the original... As usual with US remakes, tons of second-hand embarrassment. Why do they even try, time and time again? Can't they accept other people can make great movies and leave them alone? And the Bible-thumping filled with mistakes and falsehoods. Don't they know who Seth was in the Bible (hint: not an angel)? Or, even worse, in the mythology of Ancient Egypt? It's almost funny to listen to the actors' comments, they truly believe they're in an extraordinary movie, and all the things they get wrong about the original... But they're absolutely certain they got it all, and they can make a much better movie because "Murika". When is "god" ever mentioned in the original, or "paradise" and the afterlife (never)? Do the people of the USA even realize how insulting this is to them, as if movies had to be dumbed down so extremely in order for them to understand them? Some may really be that dumb, but for those who aren't, watch the original and forget this one even exists.
...You realize this isn't a direct 1:1 of "Wings of Desire", right? It's their own take on the film? And besides... this was made in the 90's, times were VERY different then. It's 2024 and you're salty about something in the 90s? Like @mutahmarriagecounselor2272 is saying - you need serious help. Absolutely NOBODY is forcing you to watch anything. If you're exalting and lauding "Wings of Desire" so much then go watch it 10,000 more times and go on your merry way. Easy. LOL. You're making things harder for yourself by being here and ranting and raving about something from decades ago.

Was the original movie under the same title?
