Not 100% sure if you mentioned it, maybe it missed it.
But for anyone wondering, the DLR is completely stepfree at all stations.

Great video Syrus, thank you for helping to raise awareness about this side of London life. I'm visually impaired myself and moved here at Christmas last year, and love how accessible the city is..
On the Tube, you can get assistance without booking in advance, you just turn up and ask the ticket gate. They've been promoting this relatively recently and I've witnessed a more severely visually impaired friend doing it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They took her to the front carriage of the train, so that was easy for the staff at the next required station to find her and help her. And staff have always been great with me if I've asked for directions too.
For disabled people who like going to the theatre, check out the Official London Theatre Access guide - www.officiallondontheatre.co.uk/access/ - which lists shows offering audio description, captioning, sign language and special relaxed performances.
Visually impaired people should also check out VocalEyes - vocaleyes.co.uk - who arrange and promote audio described and touch tours at museums, galleries, theatres, etc. They really help to bring exhibitions and plays to life when you go and visit. I highly recommend them, they do a great job.
Disabled people can also get a Freedom Pass to use public transport for free in the city (I've got one, it makes such a difference). And people travelling with a disabled person as their helper or carer can often get into attractions and shows for free or at a discounted rate - not everywhere, sure, but it's always worth checking.
I've been blogging a great deal about my experiences here since I moved - www.welleyenever.com to give it a cheeky plug, along with videos on my RUclips channel. ;) So people are welcome to contact me via those places, and also on Twitter (@well_eye_never), if they want to know more about my time in the city. Keep up the great work with the videos Syrus! :)

Great effort, we need more videos like this! I'm always needing to be conscious of the most accessible ways to travel around London for my partner who uses a wheelchair 90% of the time, this is really helpful.

Not sure if Cyrus is talking about London or Berlin! 😉😂
Great video. That route finder accessibility thing I didn't know about. While I'm not disabled, sometimes it's difficult having to lug a large suitcase up tube station stairs. But the resource would be a godsend to those with disabilities!

Me and my wife are both wheelchair-users. We cannot travel together in on TFL bus. On the tube stations stuff are not always eager to help us eg. on the Acton Station.
