    The Sofirn LT1S is what i would pick from the rest of the laterns. Its small and compact which is best suited for carrying to different places. My favorite thing about this lantern is the ability to switch between warm white and cold white temperatures which is a cool feature to have

    • @UrbanSurvivor
      @UrbanSurvivor  2 года назад +4

      Yeah tint ramping is a fantastic feature! As far as I know Nocitgon/Emisar are the only other brands that offer that feature in a flashlight. Thanks for watching Asher!

    Thank you for the review. The BFL LT1 I think is the best option for general use and car camping applications. Bright enough to light up larger rooms or average camp sites. Also, nice and portable to dim for smaller rooms or tent setups.

    • @UrbanSurvivor
      @UrbanSurvivor  2 года назад +4

      Yeah totally is great for those situations! Nice to have as a backup in case of blackouts too! Just wouldn't want to have to carry it for too long. Thanks for watching Christopher!

    I bought an LT1 recently based on your last review and I absolutely love it. The simple mode is intuitive to me and the advanced mode is great. Love candle mode.
    I set the brightness to something I found comfortable in my living room and tried to find out how long it would last.
    After four days of constant use I turned the brightness up a bit. I gave up a week later. It's going to last long enough for you to stumble into some kind of charging source. Tremendous.

    The Sofirn BLF LT1 and the Streamlight Siege X are my 2 favorite lanterns.
    The Sofirn is the brightest lantern that I'm aware so I prefer it for that. The Siege X is very small and light while providing up to 350 lumens.
    They also both use 18650 batteries, which I have a lot of. I'd rather not have devices that use too many different battery types.

    I love the LT1S so much I bought a second one but there doesn’t seem to be any adapter or after market way of mounting it on a tripod, which for me is a shame because it really delivers a warm ambience that lends itself to classic floor lamp interior lighting, I hope they come up with something, I also love the fact that it accepts my vaping batteries and I don’t have to stick little magnets on them to make them “button tops”

      Lt1 mini looks far better. I hate quad battery flashlights. I don't understand why they didn't use a single 26650 battery instead of 4 16650. You barely achieve more runtime. While making it much heavier and more unreliable. Lt1s also looks great when compared lt1. Quad would only be a good option for AA batteries.

    • @UrbanSurvivor
