How to use a hurricane panel track system

How To Secure Hurricane Panels To A Track System. 1. Gather your hardware and panels. 2. Place Track bolts into footer track rail. 3. Slide top of first panel into header track 4. Line up bolts to match holes in panel. 5. Place wingnut on first bolt. 6. Place second panel overlapping the first by one hole space. 7. Line up bolts to the new panel. 8. Place wingnut over bolt with overlapping panels. 9. Repeat 6-8 until window is covered.

Lexan is seldom cheap. You may find used Lexan panels from time to time.
