Nice video. Few suggestions..milk can be taken early in the morning 1 or 2 hrs before breakfast or 1 or 2 hrs after breakfast. Night time dinner must be as early as possible.instead of evening snack dinner can be taken at that time. Heavy foods like rajma to be avoided. Also good to offer the cooked food to God before eating and also take the food in a grateful and meditative mood.
