Loved this video. I think it would be a wee bit more useful if you could have included not just the ratio of honey to water but the actual amount of honey you used and the amount of inchet twigs (the gesho) you used. I generally make my t'ej using 2 lbs of honey (and fill the jar three times with water). I add about 4 oz of gesho twigs.
