Now that Mr Mosia conceded that there was no bullet in his first visit to the crime scene, it is safe to conclude that the bullet found in his second visit was planted. Great work there by Adv Mshololo.
In the Netflix documentary they stated that the scene was cleaned before police arrived and no shell casings of bullets were found on the first search. So I was stunned when they tested the bullet against the gun of one of the accused. Where did they get this bullet to test with???

The bullet/ projectile shown in one of the images shown had no defect. Does this mean that the bullet went through the victims body without shuttering/ deforming only to lose speed and drop upon exit?

Mr Mosia surely was working other SAPS members at that scene considering the gravity of the incident?? SAPS seniors have to account for that, instead of hiding behind this guy Mosia. Really, SAPS failed this family as a whole.

I think the qualifications cross questioning might have been necessary to get to a point of her reasons. Departments within the work places run short trainings with effect to sharpen the work related skills. These also are done by NQF accredited companies. Somehow Mshololo pulled this guy down. Certificates are NQF accredited and are equivalent and recognised as a training when applying in institutions.
True - but this guy is failing to explain - he did an NQF practical training under SAPS meaning immediately following completion he is qualified or has enough experience - as its not a theoretical course but theory and practical at the same time - unlike other courses one needs more years of experience thus UNISA exempted him from doing a Diploma.

Adv. Mshololo has given ammunition to however will defend Kelly & co. should she be charged. She introduced the intoxication which is not a criminal offence, but can be used to defend any action taken during the scene and after. This will leave the court no choice but to go for a lesser sentencing of culpable homicide because she did not have all her senses if she committed the crime.
So, you're insinuating that if I want to kill you, I shld 1st hit the pub for two pints... In doing so I'll get a lesser sentence coz I was drunk... I didn't know what I was doing? 🤔
Ms Mshololo ddnt prepare well for today. Hasnt she ever heard of SETAs that are recognized by SAQA? She also needs to work on that arrogance and condescending attitude.
She was at least supposed to do her homework on Mosia's qualifications. And not gloat as if Mosia wasnt qualified to do the job in 2014. She should've educated herself on SETA, SAQA and RPL.
We're living in a country where graduates are unable to find jobs because of lack of experience. When you have experience and obtain qualifications later, you are still discredited?

And how can you bring someone who came to investigate instead of starting with eye witnesses first to save your time and tax payers money?
Maybe thats why you dont know law my brother. Defense can start anywhere with cross examination
Hahahhaaahahahbaba
@@hectormphephu8785 😂😂😂😂
She can only get less sentence only if she admitted to the crime but they fooled the law or justice of South Africa for over 8years
Thats not the case. Any crime committed while drunk u get full sentence.
So, you're insinuating that if I want to kill you, I shld 1st hit the pub for two pints... In doing so I'll get a lesser sentence coz I was drunk... I didn't know what I was doing? 🤔
I don’t like how Mshololo is undermining Mosia’s qualifications
But you can undermine him as well cause Mosia allowed other people to used and he didn't think of his profession.
And she is rude I don’t like her now
🤣 🤣
Ms Mshololo ddnt prepare well for today. Hasnt she ever heard of SETAs that are recognized by SAQA?
She also needs to work on that arrogance and condescending attitude.
I think she’s on a rampage to expose the incompetence in saps, she is aware that it was in service training
Even if he didn’t have efficient knowledge or competence for the job, her style of questioning is so distasteful. You can’t tell someone who doesn’t even understand English well, that he’s not listening.. Nope..
@@palesasatterthwaite3910 she is not there to nurse his feeling, that's what happens in defense cases.
Feeling pity for Mr mosia ,but we need the truth to be unveiled powerful mshololo
I swear these are the weakest defense lawyers I’ve ever seen. Advocate Mshololo makes her point on journalist, and see it fit to go on and on and on. That’s weakness. Quality over Quantity pls. Make your point qualitatively clear, no emotional intelligence at all.
Mshololo is mshololing mosia
Recognition of prior learning is based on your number of years and extensive experience in a specific field, not necessarily a course.
I have no confidence in Mshololo's line and style of questioning
Why?
same here
relax she knows what she is doing😌
Mshololo is quite right as far as questioning is concerned. We need the truth here, we are sick and naive of people who implicate others on the crime was orchestrated by the occupants who were in the house. Phezu kwakhe Mshololo
What do you say about the fake bullet that was found in the house, fabricated bullet in the sense that it was not the bullet that killed our beloved son of the soil. Senzo
The Advocate is showing desperation to discredit Mosia
Mosia made it easy for Adv Mshololo to discredit his incompetency
I couldn’t stand her🙄 And again, so many objections were supposed to be raised against her statements.
The right thing ever.
Which Teffo failed in my view
I don't like mochololo s line of q0uestioning. Who gave power over qualifications?
You need qualifications in any work place
He has no qualifications thats why he didn't even know what to do at the crime scene
Even came the next day
You investigate the crime scene the day of the crime not days after this guy is incompetent how did he even get into the police force
@@kellyalexander7347 I think humiliating him on national TV does not solve the murder. Unless the advocate wants to tie him somehow to the murder
@@ermitamartel no its her job to prove that he is incompetent that he didn't even know how to investgate the crime scene what she doing is correct she needs to expose all these thugs

@@ermitamartel He is not being humiliated on purpose. He needs to be crossexamined in order for the truth on what transpired on the scene to be told....that's how this works.
Yeah I have also heard them while they were having that private discussion, I also wondered why is the mics still on. SABC again being incompetent
Which part were they recording? I always skip the video during break
they're grilling him and again they touch to opposing his poor qualifications.....
Wola Mshololo, credentials are more crucial because people are earning high ranks but failing to execute tasks assigned to them
The trial must come to South Joburg high court once
Uyinkinga mshololo💕♥️😍🔥
Mshololo is discrediting mosia forensic evidence
ALL COPS CREDENTIALS NEED TO BE RECHECKED

Why would the police test the witnesses for alcohol while there was nothing to point in the direction of possible alcohol influence? isn't it the bottles were removed before the police came?! So this clearly means that the crime scene was tempered with by the so called victims and if thats the case then these people whether they were drunk or sober they were able to commit crime hence they should have been able to account for it, otherwise if we didnt ask them the same day they could have forgotten all those they did as they were possibly drunk like you claim
We want to hear more about this case.
This lawyer is out of order ..she is busy on trivialities, yet there is much at stake...qualifications can't proove any here but identifying loopholes do
I'm captured by Mtshololo smile...
Adv Teffo sound very bitter. I wonder why 🤔
Ba4 mina I think I understand why the bitterness on Adv Teffo by him this case must have been closed and the really murderer in jail
He is unprofessional....a lawyer should never be emotional at any point,,this is a court room the fit survives
Lelicala leli bakith, there were people inside the house during but they're all silent kahlen bakweth
Mosia is not bad as people may think. Even adv.mshololo does not understand how the expects operate. In simple terms expects are assisting investigators in their investigations. So expects don't interview witnesses that's the job of the i/o. I/o will tell expects what he seek and expect will do that. To say you are an expect you don't jump to crime scenes but you are summoned to attend. To say why he didn't take pr test from the people who were in the house .the police were attending the robbery and murder there no other complaint. On my side I see time waisting and luck for them they got lienient judge. Teffo is out of order with his application. He can't tell adv.baloyi how to run his case ,this is inexperience really. Bt let's see
Mosia did not do his work correctly.
@bongani mchunu well I'm in agreement with you in relation to Teffo.
But I this the witness should have said even on the chief examination that he only collects to assist investigators as oppose to be responsible in doing all this but always say because he arrived late Ndlovu this Ndlovu that.
These people see very clear that whom should they arrest but they are busy asking Mosia questions!i wish they should arrest all those who were inside the house during the incident i think they will get the answers
