Me seeing the thumbnail: Oh! I know this artist! I remember this piece! I love their work! I really like how the colors come out in their work, and they have a lot of polish on their drawings. I've always wanted to know how they color so good.

Okey okay go to the bottom right corner and find the layers, under the layers you will see a a button that says FX!!
Click that and you will see a bunch of things, press outer glow. Make sure you are doing this on your lineart layer. You can adjust the outer glow however you please! YOU GOT THIS
