I was hoping apply acrylic over gel polishes was a thing cause personally I’m not that good at doing ombré acrylic yet but the way you did it made it easier with just adding clear over the orange ❤
Hey! I've not personally done it on clients however I've seen many techs that have.. I've done it on myself and it lasted the full 2-3 weeks that I had the set on ♥️

Definitely give it a go! Just make sure you have a clear base and encapsulate so that the gel polish is sandwiched between the acrylic 🧡🧡

Yes it's definitely worth a go! It seems to work well for ombres, and easier than a regular acrylic ombre! ♥️♥️

Wait so I the beginning your polishing over a Gelly tip or laying a clear acrylic then polishing then acrylic for the ombré

So it was clear acrylic, gel polish (Neon orange) then acrylic for the ombre and then encapsulating in clear acrylic! 💅🏼

I'm not sure if it would make much difference whether you used a base or top coat, but it's worth a try!
