At 4:55 he says "I put my stick at the centre of my body" . But the view we have is from his side. Does that mean "the end of the stick is pointing at the belly button"? Later on, at 6:04, when we get a head-on view, the stick is not pointing at the centre of his body.
Sorry, just saw this now. I believe the important thing is that the rock is in the centre of your body. Handle points at level of your belly button but doesn't have to be right at it. Find what is comfortable and relaxed. Your arm needs to be relaxed with elbow slightly flexed. Then release with a small extension. Smooth and longer extension for more weight. Hope that helps.
