So I am currently staying here…. Check in took forever and then I get to the room and the hot water and phone don’t work. Asked for another room. It was better but the windows were not sealed and rain was coming in to the room. For a fairly new hotel, this was brutal

That hotel charges you according to occupancy. If they have empty rooms the price goes up. But if they have no occupancy the price doesn’t drop.
I usually book online so my rates seem to stay the same.
