outstanding, folks. pure fun, and your friends, particularly Melanie's infectious laughter was a delight! i could sit and tell her jokes all day just to hear her! I myself stay away from peeling vegetable's too much, as "grandma" always said "that's where the best vitamins are at". the dish looked remarkable.

Rob and Sarah are the ABSOLUTE best! My whole family gathers around watching him fish in Florida. Can't wait to visit Florida so that I can catch my first lobster! I do want to suggest, as I am a pretty great cook, when you cook those yams, the water is getting all the nutrients. Try wrapping them individually in foil and baking them at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until fork tender. You keep ALL of the flavor in any vegetable if you roast versus boil...especially root vegetables and bulbs. Love ya'll! May you be richly blessed as you continue to be a blessing!

I lived in Puerto Rico during the 1970’s. My days and nights were spent fishing. When we caught larger mutton snapper ( called “sama” locally) we would clean and scale them, leave the head on, stuff the cavity with raw onions, green peppers, and fresh herbs. Then it was wrapped tightly in a double layer of foil and put on a grill for about an hour. It was always a fabulous looking presentation and always loved by guests. I do appreciate your efforts and enjoy your videos, all of them, not just the fishing videos.

Wish we could get Everglades here in New Zealand. We have so much shell fish down here. All sorts of clams, mussels, abalone. Not too mention all the local fish varieties. Not too bad for hunting as well. Of course we cook them kiwi style and they taste great but always good to try out different flavours from around the world. You guys always make my mouth water lol. Thanks for the videos!
