    7-8 garlic cloves
    1- inch piece of ginger
    1 tsp coriander seeds
    Salt to taste
    ¼ tsp cumin seeds
    ¼ tsp fennel seeds saunf
    1 finely chopped green chili
    Fresh coriander leaves chopped
    Optional: ¼ cup finely chopped onion
    For the Dough:
    1½ cups wheat flour
    ½ tsp salt
    1 tsp oil
    Water as needed
    For the Batter:
    ½ cup wheat flour
    1-2 tbsp chili flakes
    Fresh coriander leaves chopped
    Salt to taste
    Water to achieve a thin consistency
