Thank you guys for an awesome journey. Been there since the beginning when you first listened to the 2 new Abba songs. I looked forward every week to each reaction and couldn’t wait to see which song was next. You’ve reached a milestone and you are truly Abba fans now. Welcome to the club!

All these various diverse efforts led to the final version of "Liike an angel passing through my room" Abba's closer track to The Visitors which was the band's final studio album for about 40 years.imagine how many songs walked this path while in the making to end up shaping their final form.Respect!

You've always given us something light, comforting, humorous and truly enjoyable to look forward to each week!! Thank you both so very much!!! Looking forward to your ABBA Countdown, Undeleted medley and "other" ABBA tracks!!! Merry Christmas Tyler and Marissa...from Upstate New York (Liverpool)!!!🎄☺

It’s been such a delight watching you discover the grandeur of ABBA. I eagerly looked forward to each new video-they brought back wonderful memories of my own experiences hearing each song for the first time, decades ago. Loved the reactions, banter, enthusiasm, goofiness, and smiles-you two are great!
When ABBA reissued their albums in that box set, they all had a medley of leftovers/unused demos. So basically this is all stages of Like An Angel Passing Through The Room 😊
They have the melody, and then they try different ways of presenting it. So this is several different versions of what ended up as Like An Angel Passing Through My Room.
Oh my goodness! What an accomplishment, congratulations guys! I can’t believe you have come full circle, and, to end with not knowing which lady was singing the demo is rather poignant. It is amazing how you didn’t know much about anything to do with ABBA, to knowing pretty much everything musical about them. In fact, think I’ll contact the official fan club to contact you for an interview! Think that would be an interesting document. Was a great journey, looking forward to the next stage.

Merry Christmas Tyler and Marissa! I have really loved watching your journey through ABBA's catalog. It has been a lot of fun coming along on your journey with you. I do recall the first one and I think Marissa said something like "I'm not really an Abba fan" and i would love to know how you think now Marissa. Would love to see your ratings of all the albums and the singles. The Abba fan club just polled the members and have just put out the top 100. A few surprises in the fans top ten. Thanks a lot for that two-years journey through this ABBA music heritage. And.. you might also react some projects beyond ABBA, these are truly worthy as well. "No doubt about it" (c)
This is not a medley but an example how they experimented and worked their way to a final form of a tune. The first "twinkle text" sung by Björn was just to have something to sing. They always made most of the music first, and then wrote a lyrics that fitted the mood of what they had come up with.
Please don’t stop! There are a load of solo albums from Agnetha & Frida to do yet! You are both such lovely and likeable people with an obvious knowledge of music and it’s great to hear your reactions.
They were all divorced by this point. The last vocal by Frida is the one they went with. She said in an interview that it was done with just her and Benny alone in the studio. She had her back to him and was crying as she sang it. I think by the end, trying to work togather was just to painful for all of them.
I read that being there the 2 of them alone in the studio ,she was waiting for something to happen hoping things would change for better but this couldn't happen. This song and 'When all is said nd done' hide all of her pain in them from that dark period.
This is what turned into Like An Angel Passing Through My Room, Frida sang it a bit better lol. I love hearing their medleys and demos. You're right Tyler, I was thinking it and I got trigger happy with this comment. You only think it's the last one, now there's all the live performances =D

Since Benny and Bjorn didnt know music whenever they had a tune, they went to the studio to record it before it was forgotten, soneime with quick lyrics Bjorn wrote at the beginning ( working lyrics and titles )
All through the song "Like an Angel..." It's all very much like meditation and pondering things like; the room, the fire, etc... until it reaches the pivotal words "... like the embers as they die, love was one prolonged goodbye". Meditating on lost love appears to be what this song is about.
It did take you seven minutes into the song to realise, but it just goes to show you how much work goes on, and how many ideas are explored before they decide on the finished article. It's why they are the best.
