the code is the guy’s birthday, 10/23. and if you didn’t get the story, basically keigo is in a never ending purgatory/nightmare where he’s reliving how he cheated on his girl with a coworker, and, presumably because both his girl and him work the same job, she k*lls herself at the workplace which was caught on camera. the yurei(japanese demon of the ex) chases the woman he cheated on her with into that room and kills her. the workplace is implied to be extremely toxic and so many hints like the blood everywhere point to likely many workers k*lling themselves due to the environment. it’s a purgatory nightmare because you are keigo, you left the note and everything, and it’s your body you see in the locker. it’s also why you refuse to stop working despite everything you see, until you see your ex on camera saying she loves you.

Even though the victimizer is obviously to blame, the victim blames the people closet to them for not being there for them. Also it was a bit more interactive than the last few.

Sometimes you gotta call awareness to things even if it is insensitive. Same thing with the abused children committing suicide.
