I’ve been doing daily yoga to do active meditation & release things and I play these videos in the background! I feel like they help keep me guided in meditation without following a “guided meditation” lol

I mean it could start to peel back some of that energy. Curses like that are rare and if you do have one it would take a bit of work and remediation to work out.
The crows and wind was the perfect natural addition to the sound scape. Loved that it was unintentional and didn’t interrupt the flow.
