The ark encounter and creation museum are amazing. Make sure you spend a full day at each. I think the pairs of animals were youngens and smaller to save on space.

Talking about the wine is interesting because it just made me think when you said the difference between wine and grape juice because nowadays, if you get sick or a tummy bug, they tell you to drink grape juice to kind of like purge that out
