You are cool. I hope you are doing well in your career. I applied for mechanical engineering at university college London and got an offer to attend but took a gap year and instead went into the automotive industry to become an automotive technician, diagnosing and fixing cars for 3 years as an apprentice. For my three-year apprenticeship, I was given above the national minimum wage, and the course was paid for by the company. I am proud of myself for trusting my instincts to go for an apprenticeship instead. Loving life as a technician now at BMW.
Hey, bro.. What kinds of skills do you require in your field? Do You also think specialization in particular area is more important than overall development in job markets especially big company like BMW, Tesla, Toyota. ?????
@leavemealoneplease652 Attention to details and basically being a car enthusiast and I guess do well in the interview which isn't that difficult. Once you can work on German cars as a professional technician then it isn't difficult to specialise in other brands like Toyota. But personally seeing how the evs are in such a high demand, after a few years of working on cars to grasp general knowledge of a car's anatomy, I would go for auto electrician. There is a high demand for them now.
isn't there a degree equivalence after you graduate? In my country if don't find a job with my license I just get the equivalence and try to get a job with it
1.specialization is the key to success that unlocks various doors..... It is the name of game..... Why does specialization to a particular domain get more priority than over all knowledge of ME? Ans.... Shallowness of that particular domain,... In the long run, specialization enables you to hand a sustainable career trajectory..... 😊 .. Basic and overall ME knowledge is a must.....it is not clever not to ahead of learning new experience to expertize.....
Hey senior Need to talk As I'm a graduated mechanical engineer from India and want to apply in Masters in mechanical engineering in Melbourne Australia. So, which university would be good for me as I'm searching little cheap one? And it is a PR leading course?
