Every road is a bike lane. Fact is, paved roads were invented by bicyclists for bicyclists, and that fact was brought up in the following court case: _“Penalizing a bicycle properly operating in traffic because of speed is tantamount to banning bicycles.”_ Trotwood v. Selz, 139 Ohio App. 3d 947 (2nd. Dist., 2000)
