What is the Price? One of the most important things potential clients need to know is the price! I do like the square footage and the Toll Brothers construction, and also the single level design. But I’m not digging the large two story houses towering over the backyard on the left. I’d always feel less private. I also don’t like the orientation of the home not facing the strip directly, and I really dislike all the Summerlin properties that face the strip because of the un sightly concrete electric pole that resemble a Nuclear power plant! Nice views that way but it’s contaminated by the Power lines.
This must be a joke right? $1.275 M for 2,000 sq ft house in Las Vegas? Really? Seller and agent are drinking too much kool aid! I just unsubscribe you. You can't push a property knowing its so inflated to public.
Need 3 full baths for that price.
1.3 Mil for a 2,000 sq ft. home in Nevada is way overpriced. I'd expect this in Socal. You're pretty much mainly paying for the Toll Bros name.
Summerlin area properties are a bit pricey😊
VERY BEAUTIFUL HOME! GREAT KITCHEN!
I live in California and I got one story with a big back yard , this house is way over price
Where in California?

Didn't get the price for this one
1.2M
Thought it was a joke with 1.275 mil price tag
Hey AG . Beautiful! That kitchen, chefs kiss ! 😊
Most of the people from Pacific Palisades will be moving to Vegas soon.
Not a chance.
At this price point I would expect a private backyard & higher grade furnishings. NO thanks.
