But I’m not digging the large two story houses towering over the backyard on the left. I’d always feel less private. I also don’t like the orientation of the home not facing the strip directly, and I really dislike all the Summerlin properties that face the strip because of the un sightly concrete electric pole that resemble a Nuclear power plant! Nice views that way but it’s contaminated by the Power lines.

1.3 Mil for a 2,000 sq ft. home in Nevada is way overpriced. I'd expect this in Socal. You're pretty much mainly paying for the Toll Bros name.
