I think that is polished concrete.

The only thing I like about this house is the entrance & front landscaping. Hallway is too narrow. Layout awful with those crazy angles. The bath tub in master looks outta place sitting between the sinks. For $900K I'd expect 3 full baths with a powder room. Garage is nice. Love the storage

ONLY MY OPION - VERY MINOR FIXES NEEDED. NOTHING IS A DEAL BREAKER. KITCHEN THRESHOLD CAN BE MILLED, CARPET NO PROBLEM. REALLY A VERY NICE LAYOUT. LOOKS GREAT!!

Nope. Unless you know the folks who did the flip, I would NOT recommend buying a flipped house. Too many possible shortcuts for profit.

Reason is we are thinking move to Henderson very soon, we plan to visit the city on 02/16-20 to check it out, see how we feel about it, base on our visit we”ll make a decision wether or not move.Currently we are live in Sequim Washington. We are looking single level 5-6 years old or new possibly moving ready home. 55+ community would be nice. P.S Love to watching your video very detailed very easy to understand.

Where is the a/c unit ?

Man those fake wood floors in homes over 500k is a cheap way out for the flippers but it’s terrible value for the buyer. Las Vegas flippers need to do better. Nice home but cheaply remodeled for the 700k. They should have went ahead and re position the kitchen for a more modern open floor plan for the price. Wouldn’t pay over 550k for this home.
