Many sucessfull band took time to reach cult status because they began their project very young. MUSE and Radiohead are good example for that. Rammstein members had numerous band & experience before, so yeah, that helped them growing much faster I guess.
Exactly, they have never changed members, they are still all together through all these years and know how to make a hell of a show on stage, one of the greatest bands in metal history no matter what haters say, i'm waiting for the new album to come out.
This is my soul, along my life i try to search a music like this, now i found it. Seemann + meinz herz brentt was my top favourite songs from them.Thanks rammstein. Y'll made my life complete.

Selbst ohne das ganze Pyrofeuerwerk war es schon damals nur bahnbrechend fesselnd! Vor allem wie zurückhaltend Till noch in den Anfangsjahren wirkte. Klasse Entwicklung, sehe diese Band bis heute als wichtiges deutsches Kulturgut an.
Kann mir nur vorstellen das es dem Festival geschuldet war, dass hier kein Pyro zum Einsatz kam. Und der Rest den du ansprichst dem heißen Wetter. Auf der Herzleid und auch der Sehnsucht Hallentour, war das eigentlich wie heute!

I was in late HS during this concert.I grew up with Rammstein all my life and remember clear as day when they burst out onto the scene in the Summer of 1997.Best summer of my life.My dad got me into Rammstein as he was a fan and braught the Herzeleid CD home for me.He took me and my friends to FV98Tour and LAB as my graduation present.Even though I grew up with them I am sad that they arent starting out just now for younger fans and are wrapping up their career.NEVER STOP TOURING & MAKING MUSIC!
I was shuffling through Rammstein's music. And then I came by this song on Spotify. I was in tears, so touched. Not even knowing then what the song was about. I can't believe I haven't heard it before. It's now my favourite song. I'm going to see Rammstein live for the first time ever this summer.

The explosive tremolo-chorus progression brings me back to Bach's Toccata and Fugue in D minor. probably a german thing. i grew up in Alaska, on the water, and fishing has been a way of life for my dad's side of the family for millennia. without ever knowing what this song meant, when i first heard this... i felt it at my core. you don't have to know about the words or the water, to appreciate this song's transcendent and universal appeal. it is pure art. that's the best that can be said about anything, this side of eternity.
I was 18 when this came out heared for hours and hours... now i am 40 and i still enjoy this song. It describes perfect my life how it was is and will be.

Seemann hoorde ik voor het eerst ergens in 1997, sindsdien grote liefhebber van Rammstein maar hen pas in 2018 op Graspop voor het eerst live bezig gezien. Adembenemende show en optreden en dan besef je pas wat je al die jaren gemist hebt want live is nog wat anders dan RUclips.

It's unfortunate that the younger generation is unfamiliar with Rammstein. I'm 18, and seeing this makes me wish I heard of them in time for the Mutter era... So much I missed. :( I heard them last year on their LIFAD tour and I simply lost my mind over them since then. Such a great band, and their MIG show is awesome.
