I am so appy for all the informative and people on here. Any great tips would love to hear them. I am 70 and I use a walker and scooter. Thanks to all.

Arlynn, I so enjoy your cruise videos. When we cruised to Alaska on Princess , I was well prepared because of the many videos I watched from you. We have not cruised since 2019 and have just booked a cruise on Holland America. I’m enjoying watching your videos to refresh my packing, cruising, etc memories. Hi Arlynn--we cruised with HAL several years ago, before the Nieuw Amsterdam was built. What an amazing room. That ship is fairly new and l believe their largest ship. Do you think you will cruise with them again? Thank you for the info.
Hi Verna, the Nieuw Amsterdam was built in 2010, it is one of the oldest ships in Holland's fleet with a capacity of 2100 with a crew of 800 and the second ship in their Signature Class, *but*, they have kept it up beautifully. Their largest ship is the MS Rotterdam part of the Pinnacle Class built in 2021 with a capacity of 2600 passengers and around 1000 crew. :) I wouldn't hesitate to cruise with Holland again if they had an itinerary that I was interested in sailing or if this same group of folks sailed again...we had a blast. :)
