HU you should try the Cantonese dried sausages (臘腸), similar to Spanish Duet in look, but they put rice wine in when they make it so it's savoury. The simplest way to prepare is to leave it on top of the rice in the rice cooker to heat the sausage up WHEN the rice is almost done, then slice it to serve.

There is a kind of sausage from my Dad's home town Shandong. I didn't understand the charming of it until now I'm in US and I JUST MISS IT! You need a good balance of lean and fat also a lot of soy sauce until the meet looks black (might also because it's air dried). It's salty and chewy almost like a jerky. If you know anybody from that province ask them and try!
I make crusty bread regularly, and to have open sandwich for lunch. For a light beverage, I have either a Hefeweizen, or a glass of Vinho verde. Love all the sausages you introduce. Thank you.

那个Chorizo做中餐很棒哦!我有时直接切片,和米饭一起蒸。这样不会太腻,还可以让米饭带有特殊的香味。
或者切片后用小火正反面加热,化掉一些油。把肉捞出,然后直接用这油炒菜。荷兰豆,蒜苔都是上选。最后菜肉一起翻炒。推荐大家尝试。

我的前男友是奥地利人,我们住在一个城市的两个附近的小镇,相隔比较远,他总是在火车站送我直到我离开。有时比较晚了,他会在超市买小面包和萨拉米,他会把小面包翻过来底朝上,然后把萨拉米一个一个摆在上面,然后吃。我一般是去买个炒面或者盖饭。那时候的日子真是很简单很怀念!
