agreed started with the circle prospecting which was good to break out of my shell of fear. As you go along though I realiezed it produces a higher percentage of nurtures then they do listings. Discovered Brandon through his interview alongside Ricky. I will say though that it all does work i snagged a listing from circle prospecting in the first few monthss...it sold. From circle prospecting though i have been on handfuls of listing apponitments do to it. I've been concentrating on expireds as of late and plan on adding this FSBO pillar to my buisness. F'n love this channel so much great content and ideas i get from every video. Brandon's RUclips will grow immensely this year. I doubt anyone in my market is in Brandons course looking to blaze the way!

I was advised to obtain the divorce certificate, institutions prefer you are licensed 10 plus years? I am an agent 3.5 years in the business. Could you do more video’s on divorce listings process and getting certified? My last few listings were divorce(referral & past clients) I really feel this is my niche but I definitely need more skills. I love your videos🙏🏽✨

Is there any free training provided for real estate agents to become a real estate divorce specialist? I'm just starting out so another $500 isn't feasible right now. But the divorce attorney niche sounds like a pretty awesome idea. I've never been married so obviously never divorced so I don't know much about it.
You don’t have to be certified to start working that niche. I have agents that I coach working that niche right now that have no certification:
