I think they only need the adress of you house but is not a must to have with your name you can use the electricity/water bill adress with the landlord name ..they only need to know the location your staying..
You cannot forego that process. Tip is to do it in a well lit area preferably with a white background.. so get a well lit place like at daytime and do the photo verification at the verandah where there is lots of light and preferably next to the wall so that nothing is in the background

No they don't ask for your bank pin, they ask you to create a new pin for your self so that you and only you can access the account. So don't use your bank pin just create a new pin for the app.
