When I was a kid, my Mom called these "drop biscuits." I had forgotten all about them and I will make some tomorrow using your recipe! Wonder how they would be if flavored a little with garlic powder or cinnamon. I'll experiment (if I have time) :)
Looks good. We always refer to biscuits made without a cutter as dab biscuits
