That was a very realistic video. If Germany made Mittelafrika an independent state, it would have collapsed anyway. So why not drawing the borders in the right way immediately? Furthermore "proxy wars" were common in OTL as most of us know. In this situation, there is know reason for them not to happen. Austria or the DF would be a good mediator. Fortunately we have no unstable Yugoslavia or Kosovo-Conflict. The Ottomans could become an Oil-State like Saudi-Arabia in OTL. Maybe the parts of Russia will unite around 1990? I am sure of one thing: If we would live in a 2024 of this TL, we would have a lot problems less.
