Nice country - I haven't visited there in awhile - I have family in Port Hardy and Zeballos (you likely passed the turnoff between Woss and Gold River). The fishing on the west side of Northern Vancouver Island is outstanding.
Someone got a 17 lbs trout from a dock while I was camping.
