Biggest problem with all prestige events on this game is that when you’ve gone over the finish line the timer still counts down ever so slightly. The amount of times I’ve been milliseconds of getting gold on spikes was frustrating but after doing multiple runs I’ve gotten all gold except from torque on the town thanks to your video detailing builds and what cars to use.
Yea! I had the same issue with Spike 5, that was actually one of the top 3 hardest races I left for last. I think that the high slip build is a must-have on that event/ nailing smooth drift transitions will result in a higher accrued speedgain. You will just have to compensate for the extra milliseconds by doing very well on the course
@@Neg96 yeah I’ve completely copied the build you used for it I’ve had a good few goes at it and I’m always a on the cusp of the targeted gold time…I’ve looked at your way of doing it and I’ve noticed I break too hard on the 4th corner which is the u bend I just need to get that down and am sure I’ll beat it…but for sure your video is best guide I’ve come across

Who thought letting devs who dont even know how real life cars handle on the project would be a good idea? Seriously, it's one thing having to steer a freighter on literal ice through small cracks But not having an option to turn off NPC cars and especially goddamn traffic is just sadistic Good riddance Ghost Games, glad EA chose to take you off the NFS franchise, you wont be missed
2 years later this guide is still helping people. Got all golds with the help of this video and Reiji's, the slip build you showcased helped out alot. Didn't end up using the F132 at all but that's my preference. Had to sub for the culture, keep up the great content king.

The Third March Is Essential To Achieve Drift Challenges! I tried hundreds of times, I made the same build and even installed mods that improve drifting on the PC, but it became much easier when I decided to test the manual gear like in the video, I've already managed to do some, I'm sure I'll get them all because it's much better Easy to control the car. 3 years later, I came back to this video to finally complete the prestige mode, because I never ended it. This time I made it in less than 48 hours and finally end this challenge. Thank you very much for this insane guide, it is pretty useful and easy to follow.
200 hrs later I got the "gold plated" trophy on PS4. I want to say thank very much for all the details you provided Neg, and this video is the most detailed out there. However, I will say the "drift" RSR build for the two recommended races were outright almost impossible to get used to. The "control build" RSR was fine but took some enormous patience to get used to and I ended up using the hotrod for many races instead. The finale took me 3 days of attempts, but the control build helped a lot. Overall, if anyone is attempting to go for gold then expect a lot of patience and practice for this very time-consuming trophy. I would recommend watching this vid on the race you are attempting and watching others do the race as that seemed to help a lot when I got stuck on a race. Thanks again Neg, gonna give the vid a like, and appreciate all the time and effort put into the guide.

The control and discipline to pull this off is just mind blowing. I've attempted it but this is way out my league. Gotta know when to stop I guess. Excellent work though.
The most annoying thing is that you've got to cross the finish line at least 1 our 2 seconds before the targeted time. Because the race is only counted as finished when the summary window pops-up. You cross the finish line and it only pops 1 or 2 seconds AFTER you cross the finish line. That sucks. For example, on the third race, it's 1 minute and 9 seconds for gold. Countless times I crossed the line at 1 minute and 8 but still my final result was 1 minute and 9.62 seconds for instance. That's incredibly frustrating...
I'm going to finish Prestige first THEN get gold to retain some sanity. This looks impressively well-built, so kudos for putting in the effort, I'll use this soon.

I’ve read almost all the comments and I’m starting to feel emotional pain just by looking at those high numbers of hours some people spent on this ahaha I’ve spent about 10 hours - 2 afternoons - to get gold on all Spike’s Runs and only 1 on someone I don’t remember. I guess another 190hrs of playing left. 🤣 Btw great video bro, without it I wouldn’t have achieved gold not even for a single run. Thank you!
Three year old video, still want to personally thank you. Prestige mode is a bitch but your help made it tolerable. To the next challenge! (Gran Turismo 5 Red Bull challenge) At least that wont be in the hands of RNG haha.
This achievement is ridiculously hard, I thought beating nemesis on the maximum difficulty on RE3 was the hardest achievement ever but this one is just impossible…
I honestly don't know how you managed to do Touge Events, they've been the absolute worst for me. Feel like I'm fighting against the AI so much that I can't even get my points in without them blocking me or ramming me.
Its a real tough update man and it requires a good run on the proper traffic and rival RNG. Less experienced players could get really good RNG but botch their gameplay which could easily cost 2-3+ runs until a good RNG race again. If you needed this handled, I can get it done for you no problem.
After 6 years I finally decided to give this trophy a shot today and so far this is surprisingly manageable. 3 hours in and I got gold on the first 6 Spike races with the help of this guide. Spike 5 took me by far the longest. Seems like I will be fine with the races but I'm kinda nervous about the drift events. Great guide so far.
Same here. Started playing nfs2015 early 2019… got all trophies except this one. After playing years of payback, heat and HP, I decided to beat the game in another account I have… i actually got gold in most of drift events… then I decided to used my main account to try gold in all prestige events… so far all drifts are done except japhets something… will get there eventually. Now I’m focused on racing. Lets see how it goes.

Yes but this is Need For Speed 15, does not matter if you want to do Driveclub again. The two are incomparable, you will just need skill to overcome NPC spawns
@@eganrabiee627 you’ll have to study spawn chance. Some NPC spawns are fixed in certain areas and have a fixed RNG chance but some NPC’s that are in the incoming and oncoming passing lanes are random. The fixed RNG spawns is mostly the case with police vehicles, rival NPC’s and civilian NPC’s.

Only way is just practicing, use your experience from the game and learn mistakes/skills/reaction/adaptions & more on all the way and then you (will) can face the Prestige mode. The more your drive or do it the better your time attack will become, beacuse you will understand from your mistakes & win more millisecond every time, come closer into target and yeh that is good improve. ( So there is a thing that you have to adjust your playstyle into a ''real master driver'' you need to drive little bit of your unique style) well I think Prestige mode, it may just feel difficulty but is not that hard or intense you predicted or this is stupid/depression in this game. Just keep it maind that the (battle) race of your & Timer is the most important beacuse in order to reach that target ( is not before or later you wanted) it is by doing now. your reward always comes after you make it. But yes, at least drive your best & be confidence out there💫

It's super easy to run these Spike's races with RSR and the Hot rod but I managed to get my golds with Silvia and Dodge Viper, my 2 favorite cars in the game. Find it even more challenging :D and frustrating sometimes but the outcomes were awesome.
10 hours in drift event 2 aaaand just found out the drift spec in video description doesnt match the drift spec in the video itself (drift stability assist and launch control). Lets see if that makes a significant difference
Update 2: with tires +4 (grip) it took me 3 tries to get gold at manu 2. 20 sec later my fn game crashed and i needed 20 more tries to pull this off again xD so frustrating
@@Nute202 yes I did, I cannot go into details right now as it was months ago, but I tried and tweaked a couple specs here and there from other guides on youtube and at some point it kinda clicked for me

Hey man, just want to thank you for the guide. Got the gold plated achievement yesterday and this guide helped a lot. A tip for the people that will try this achievement/trophy, if you use the RSR and feel like the tires are glued on the ground, just restart the game, I think that's a server bug.
I dunno if u still check the comment section But Thank u, u were with me throughout the whole golden walkthrough All of your builds and car choice gave me a helping hand Although, I used maximum slipping build for the lambo, but I got it. The most challenging ones were Manu 8 and Robin 7, because of Rng, Cops and Npcs constantly trying to play Flatout while drifting Amy segments were not so hard, Manu took at least 15 hours to complete. Last race was unexpectedly easy(bunch of restarts because of rng) Thank u once again 50 hours to complete
I recommend that you need to watch Reiji's guide on how to complete Prestige Mode easily. That guy knows the routes and can drive like crazy without messing up.
honestly, it kinda sucks that the prestige events relly so much on cheezing the game that hard, made the big mistake to play the drift events first cause I thought "easy, always took those first try" oh boy, how wrong I was also those cheap "difficulty" tactics of spawning npc infront of you, other racers prioritising only you and "oh nooo, I lost the race cause my enemy was only 2000 drift points better than me, shucks, well close one, that surely isn't a game mechanic to keep me playing longer right ?..." also I think the game sometimes messes with my cars settings in certain moments/races and don't get me started on the rubberbanding, oh lord - its kind of a boring and stupid excuse to tell people "ooohhh this is pretty haaaaaard" - no its just tedious and annoying

I ain’t gonna front, your guide help me a lot. I appreciate you like really. You the only person that went in depth in what to do and made things easier. Some races I was struggling by a hair but kept on practicing and boom. I would say I was struggling with each single event to gold but I was having trouble with drifting trying to learn the mechanics more in the game to get more fluid on turns and you made this easier. Even your builds helped a lot. The only build I had a issue with was your drift build, it’s not that it was bad but it was hard to control for some reason. So all I did was change the drift tires a step below elite and it was a game changer. After a while the drift events were a breeze I didn’t have much of a issue (the first one was a pain in the ass) but after doing it then I kept on going till I gotten another gold. Another thing that was somewhat difficult was using manual for drifting only. I tried automatic and it was just not good at all for points. Switch my settings and played with it for a while and it’s honestly better. Even though you mainly use gear 3-4. But after a while it wasn’t so bad and actually liked using Manual for just drifting. Even went online and won each drift event in the lobby 😂 I Completed everything in 63 hrs. I plat the game in 3-4 days with 17hr playtime and did other stuff before doing prestige. This mode is a beast but it’s fun and challenging and yes frustrating.. last time I was struggling was crash time trails which I think everyone knows how that is but I did it lol. So if I was able to 100 percent crash time trails then I could do prestige mode, plus I like a challenge sometimes I can finally rest easy after slaving for this lol. With work in between I would say I racked up near a week trying to complete prestige. Thanks 💪🏽 got a new Sub

I am writing this as of 03/08/2023 and thanks to your guide I've managed to pass Spike 6 with 2m49.98 - I sugest getting Drift tires instead of Grip for those who have issue on keyboard and alaways loose speed when doing turns. kUDOS man !

PD: On My poin of view, Robin 6 and Robin 7 were The most difficult Drift Events because they're so extremely accurate to make however Manu 8 aswell is difficult but no as difficult as them, Manu 8 is only pretty long, with practicing every event of Prestige can be completed.
That Prestige Mode is insane, for now I just want to finish all the races. I will try to do the gold stars some other day. Thank you for the tips. You are the best!

Spike 5 is a Pain In the ass. The NPC’s spawns are put in the worst way so you can miss this 100 times. I almost got it in under 1:42 and in the last turn they spawned two cars, one coming and one on going lane, I had nothing to do and crashed with the wall, making my time 1:44:22 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
So I’m using a evo and a rx7 to get the first couple races but I’m having trouble I even tried out your choices of car but it was worst, Should I just focus on tuning the cars right?
If you’re using those two cars to do this, then you’re a beast. For Drifts, if players don’t go with the Lamborghini Huracan, they tend to fall back on the Nissan Skyline. Yea Josh, definitely focus on your tuning - remember higher slip is key for the harder sprints (smaller transitional time)
i had a genuine crash out over manu 2 and i haven't beat it once not even in bronze because of the fact that im getting rammed every time i try to drift, game is so ridiculous about that and i will kiss the wall and lose everything because of the Ai drivers RAMMING me into the wall
The difference in car control on the console compared to the PC is bizarre, it's impossible to drift on the PC with a controller, it doesn't have the same gameplay, now I understand why I'm suffering so much, getting gold on the PC is 8x more difficult compared to the console.
@@NunesGamingFTWN that’s really interesting! Our NFS speedrunner also covers lots of PC sets for clients, he’s originally a pro on Xbox but still mentioned that both still have a similar feel 🤔
@@Neg96 I just platinumed this game, this guide definitely helped me, but, you can see from the video that the car automatically corrects the drift path as if it were an aim assist, on the PC the car simply goes towards the wall, and I noticed that using the handbrake gives more points in the drift, I was just using the normal brake, thank you very much for the guide.

Excellent guide man, very helpful indeed! I see you use the Huracan for drift, and while I’ve heard it’s the best drift car in the game, I’m actually using the McLaren 570s for all the drift events. So far I’ve managed to get gold on each drift event I’ve runned (although Robyn 1 took me a few hours). Perhaps the 570s is the secret Huracan killer in this game?
Of course, all of the dots are on the far left side (= maximum drift). On the nitrous, however, I put it one step to the left from the middle. This car is really good once you learn to master it, but I don’t know how it performs relative to the Huracan. If you’re on PS4, I can share the wrap I’ve made for it!
Just got the gold score on Manu 4 (3rd try). I don’t mean to boast or anything, but that’s gotta say something about the 570s’ potential, right? It’s the Huracan killer, I’m telling you guys!!!

Well my friend, 85 hours of gameplay and i m finally done with this prestige mode. Your guide really helped me a lot especially in the beginning. Thanks for your hard work and dedication. It must have been very hard to build up this guide. Btw i switched skyline r34 for drift events after trying with huracan a bit. In my opinion r34 better than huracan. The most frustrating event was Robyn 6 for me. It really took too much time to finish it up. Manu 8 was much easier for me.

I've come to accept that I'll never get the achievement on Xbox for getting gold in all the events because I'm just completely garbage at drifting lol ... Literally everything else that has to do with just racing is gold but anything I have that intends it's for drifting is either bronze or silver ... I just can't .... If it requires me to chain a drift and get a high score I literally try once or twice and can probably only manage close to a 300k score or way less ... Again racing is no problem I'll ace that 100% of the time but drifting yeeee no way lol sucks that it's the last achievement but ohwell just gotta accept I'm really good at racing not drifting
@@Oguz007 I’ve seen others mention an infinite nitro glitch, but I’ve never looked into it or showed it on the video. My methods are all via legitimate means of gameplay, it’s all very much possible 🙂
my biggest tip is: use nitrous as much as you can. try to memorize “where to start saving nitro” instead of wasting 10s of race without using any nitro at all. I’ve been doing faster runs than most of the ones I’ve been watching on this massive tutorial 😁😁😁

Despite millions of attempts, I only managed to get gold in all drifts, and only silver in the other races, only in the last race I gave up and got bronze, not to mention that my PS4 didn't fly out the window almost a dozen times xD

Well, I guess the old ones get, the worst we play. I can't get more than 140k points even using your guide. Even with your settings, I need to use handbrake + brake to start a drift, and then the car just goes to side way to fast and to not lose the points I have to straighten the car. How do you do your drifts? do you brake and after do the turns or do it altogether? I need serious help.
It depends on the turn! If it’s a wider turn, a standard break is alright to do. Drifting tyres help with the slip. The more narrow turns require a handbreak drift to pull off like we see in the beginning part on Manu 3. Right, on turns you have to turn into it while also braking
That’s one of the tougher ones, it requires a precise time. Toughest thing about it is the the first 2 curves need to be properly executed along with the last curve at checkpoint 20. Other than that, it’s all straight roads
Amy’s sprints were pretty hard, specially Amy 6, haven’t tried the drift events I’m planning to finish all the race events and do all the drift ones in bulk
Damn... after 20 hours i only have the last 3 robyn's events.. and then the Finale.. any advice for Robyn 6 and 7? I think these will be a real pain in the ass..
Yessir, I’ve got lots to share in regards to Robyn 6 and Robyn 7. Very similar to Manu 8, Robyn 6 is all about finding out whether you do better staying in gear 2 for quick successive chains or if you do most of the race in gear 3. The playstyle varies from player to player, but the results need to be tested. This one is a multi-lap course, so you can determine your score average per lap and can multiply that average by the amount of laps it takes to finish the race. Robyn 7 is also a multi lap. It took me some time to realize this, but the small little curve heavily matters toward your score. I’d recommend restarting if you can’t get a clean drift on the small curve. I pretty much did lots of practice trying to get a solid drift on that one. Then across the entire course, I alternated from gears 3 and 4 depending on the part of the course I was on. Time is much tighter on Robyn 7 than on Robyn 6 so it also has a Gymkhana feel to it. The Finale combines many races you should have already mastered - CJ-Tastic, I Am The Law, Component Parts, Go Big or Go Home, Wide & Tight and a few more. That’s why the finale is recommended for last since you’ve mastered those other ones already. The time in the finale isn’t as strict as a few of the other sprints we’ve taken on so far. If you keep up the intensity and quality you had in Amy 6 “Legend’s Wheels”, you’ll get the time. Amy 6 is very tight on time.
My PB on Spike 5 was 1:51. Looked awfull. Used other guides till now, and managed to get 1:46. That's why i started to look for more help. With this guide i managed 1:44'12. And i struggle to repeat (and beat) that. I swear handling in this game changes every half hour or so. I do the same actions in same corners at same angles. Will i slide? Will i slide too much? Spin and crash to wall? Understeer and not turn at all, crashing into opposite wall? Lottery. And i do everything the same every time.
@@Neg96 Thanks, but I can’t let that sit on me. I know the track inside out and know which part to take and how. The problem is that the performance of the game is catastrophic and my car steers itself, but I have slowly got to grips with that. NPCs are also a problem, but unfortunately it doesn't work without try and error.

I tried hundreds of times, I made the same build and even installed mods that improve drifting on the PC, but it became much easier when I decided to test the manual gear like in the video, I've already managed to do some, I'm sure I'll get them all because it's much better Easy to control the car.

3 years later, I came back to this video to finally complete the prestige mode, because I never ended it. This time I made it in less than 48 hours and finally end this challenge. Thank you very much for this insane guide, it is pretty useful and easy to follow.

200 hrs later I got the "gold plated" trophy on PS4. I want to say thank very much for all the details you provided Neg, and this video is the most detailed out there. However, I will say the "drift" RSR build for the two recommended races were outright almost impossible to get used to. The "control build" RSR was fine but took some enormous patience to get used to and I ended up using the hotrod for many races instead. The finale took me 3 days of attempts, but the control build helped a lot.
Overall, if anyone is attempting to go for gold then expect a lot of patience and practice for this very time-consuming trophy. I would recommend watching this vid on the race you are attempting and watching others do the race as that seemed to help a lot when I got stuck on a race.

The most annoying thing is that you've got to cross the finish line at least 1 our 2 seconds before the targeted time. Because the race is only counted as finished when the summary window pops-up. You cross the finish line and it only pops 1 or 2 seconds AFTER you cross the finish line. That sucks. For example, on the third race, it's 1 minute and 9 seconds for gold. Countless times I crossed the line at 1 minute and 8 but still my final result was 1 minute and 9.62 seconds for instance. That's incredibly frustrating...
I'm going to finish Prestige first THEN get gold to retain some sanity. This looks impressively well-built, so kudos for putting in the effort, I'll use this soon.

@@sorenvc Nope, but I still plan to... one day. I'm generally fine with grinding out extra challenges in racing games but these are some of the hardest ones I've ever done.
@@FarmYardGaming for me it isn't worth the effort but a few days ago I got 100% collectibles... these prestige races are a burden and they don't give you anything other than an achievement.

the inconsistency in drifting/sliding ruins my runs on top of NPC spawns

This achievement is ridiculously hard, I thought beating nemesis on the maximum difficulty on RE3 was the hardest achievement ever but this one is just impossible…

I honestly don't know how you managed to do Touge Events, they've been the absolute worst for me. Feel like I'm fighting against the AI so much that I can't even get my points in without them blocking me or ramming me.
Its a real tough update man and it requires a good run on the proper traffic and rival RNG. Less experienced players could get really good RNG but botch their gameplay which could easily cost 2-3+ runs until a good RNG race again. If you needed this handled, I can get it done for you no problem.
After 6 years I finally decided to give this trophy a shot today and so far this is surprisingly manageable.
3 hours in and I got gold on the first 6 Spike races with the help of this guide. Spike 5 took me by far the longest.
Seems like I will be fine with the races but I'm kinda nervous about the drift events.

Same here. Started playing nfs2015 early 2019… got all trophies except this one. After playing years of payback, heat and HP, I decided to beat the game in another account I have… i actually got gold in most of drift events… then I decided to used my main account to try gold in all prestige events… so far all drifts are done except japhets something… will get there eventually. Now I’m focused on racing. Lets see how it goes.

Yes but this is Need For Speed 15, does not matter if you want to do Driveclub again. The two are incomparable, you will just need skill to overcome NPC spawns
Seems like there's not enough time to react to cars being in the way though. Unless I slow down enough to not get gold.
@@eganrabiee627 you’ll have to study spawn chance. Some NPC spawns are fixed in certain areas and have a fixed RNG chance but some NPC’s that are in the incoming and oncoming passing lanes are random. The fixed RNG spawns is mostly the case with police vehicles, rival NPC’s and civilian NPC’s.

Only way is just practicing, use your experience from the game and learn mistakes/skills/reaction/adaptions & more on all the way and then you (will) can face the Prestige mode. The more your drive or do it the better your time attack will become, beacuse you will understand from your mistakes & win more millisecond every time, come closer into target and yeh that is good improve.
( So there is a thing that you have to adjust your playstyle into a ''real master driver'' you need to drive little bit of your unique style)
well I think Prestige mode, it may just feel difficulty but is not that hard or intense you predicted or this is stupid/depression in this game. Just keep it maind that
the (battle) race of your & Timer is the most important beacuse in order to reach that target ( is not before or later you wanted) it is by doing now. your reward always comes after you make it.
But yes, at least drive your best & be confidence out there💫
It's super easy to run these Spike's races with RSR and the Hot rod but I managed to get my golds with Silvia and Dodge Viper, my 2 favorite cars in the game. Find it even more challenging :D and frustrating sometimes but the outcomes were awesome.
10 hours in drift event 2 aaaand just found out the drift spec in video description doesnt match the drift spec in the video itself (drift stability assist and launch control). Lets see if that makes a significant difference
Update: heck yes it does (first i copied the video description spec, then the one in the video (ca 37:00))
Update 2: with tires +4 (grip) it took me 3 tries to get gold at manu 2. 20 sec later my fn game crashed and i needed 20 more tries to pull this off again xD so frustrating

In Amy 1, I haven’t a single idea 😟 to my knowledge, Sprint Races shouldn’t have opponents. Perhaps a new patch made it this way?

Hey man, just want to thank you for the guide. Got the gold plated achievement yesterday and this guide helped a lot. A tip for the people that will try this achievement/trophy, if you use the RSR and feel like the tires are glued on the ground, just restart the game, I think that's a server bug.

All of your builds and car choice gave me a helping hand
Although, I used maximum slipping build for the lambo, but I got it.
The most challenging ones were Manu 8 and Robin 7, because of Rng, Cops and Npcs constantly trying to play Flatout while drifting
Amy segments were not so hard, Manu took at least 15 hours to complete.
Last race was unexpectedly easy(bunch of restarts because of rng)

what do you mean by max slip build? The one in the video or not?
For drifting i found it easier to set the Downforce to -5
I recommend that you need to watch Reiji's guide on how to complete Prestige Mode easily. That guy knows the routes and can drive like crazy without messing up.
and nowhere did that guy mention about the change in build like the current video did around manu's 5th event.

honestly, it kinda sucks that the prestige events relly so much on cheezing the game that hard, made the big mistake to play the drift events first cause I thought "easy, always took those first try" oh boy, how wrong I was
also those cheap "difficulty" tactics of spawning npc infront of you, other racers prioritising only you and "oh nooo, I lost the race cause my enemy was only 2000 drift points better than me, shucks, well close one, that surely isn't a game mechanic to keep me playing longer right ?..." also I think the game sometimes messes with my cars settings in certain moments/races and don't get me started on the rubberbanding, oh lord - its kind of a boring and stupid excuse to tell people "ooohhh this is pretty haaaaaard" - no its just tedious and annoying

I ain’t gonna front, your guide help me a lot. I appreciate you like really. You the only person that went in depth in what to do and made things easier. Some races I was struggling by a hair but kept on practicing and boom. I would say I was struggling with each single event to gold but I was having trouble with drifting trying to learn the mechanics more in the game to get more fluid on turns and you made this easier. Even your builds helped a lot. The only build I had a issue with was your drift build, it’s not that it was bad but it was hard to control for some reason. So all I did was change the drift tires a step below elite and it was a game changer. After a while the drift events were a breeze I didn’t have much of a issue (the first one was a pain in the ass) but after doing it then I kept on going till I gotten another gold.
Another thing that was somewhat difficult was using manual for drifting only. I tried automatic and it was just not good at all for points. Switch my settings and played with it for a while and it’s honestly better. Even though you mainly use gear 3-4. But after a while it wasn’t so bad and actually liked using Manual for just drifting. Even went online and won each drift event in the lobby 😂
I Completed everything in 63 hrs. I plat the game in 3-4 days with 17hr playtime and did other stuff before doing prestige. This mode is a beast but it’s fun and challenging and yes frustrating.. last time I was struggling was crash time trails which I think everyone knows how that is but I did it lol. So if I was able to 100 percent crash time trails then I could do prestige mode, plus I like a challenge sometimes
I can finally rest easy after slaving for this lol. With work in between I would say I racked up near a week trying to complete prestige. Thanks 💪🏽 got a new Sub

PD: On My poin of view, Robin 6 and Robin 7 were The most difficult Drift Events because they're so extremely accurate to make however Manu 8 aswell is difficult but no as difficult as them, Manu 8 is only pretty long, with practicing every event of Prestige can be completed.

Spike 5 is a Pain In the ass. The NPC’s spawns are put in the worst way so you can miss this 100 times. I almost got it in under 1:42 and in the last turn they spawned two cars, one coming and one on going lane, I had nothing to do and crashed with the wall, making my time 1:44:22 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️

So I’m using a evo and a rx7 to get the first couple races but I’m having trouble I even tried out your choices of car but it was worst, Should I just focus on tuning the cars right?
If you’re using those two cars to do this, then you’re a beast. For Drifts, if players don’t go with the Lamborghini Huracan, they tend to fall back on the Nissan Skyline. Yea Josh, definitely focus on your tuning - remember higher slip is key for the harder sprints (smaller transitional time)
i had a genuine crash out over manu 2 and i haven't beat it once not even in bronze because of the fact that im getting rammed every time i try to drift, game is so ridiculous about that and i will kiss the wall and lose everything because of the Ai drivers RAMMING me into the wall

The difference in car control on the console compared to the PC is bizarre, it's impossible to drift on the PC with a controller, it doesn't have the same gameplay, now I understand why I'm suffering so much, getting gold on the PC is 8x more difficult compared to the console.
@@NunesGamingFTWN that’s really interesting! Our NFS speedrunner also covers lots of PC sets for clients, he’s originally a pro on Xbox but still mentioned that both still have a similar feel 🤔
@@Neg96 I just platinumed this game, this guide definitely helped me, but, you can see from the video that the car automatically corrects the drift path as if it were an aim assist, on the PC the car simply goes towards the wall, and I noticed that using the handbrake gives more points in the drift, I was just using the normal brake, thank you very much for the guide.
...And people said this game was dull/boring/and somewhat easy?? word? Nah booboo, THIS is the real deal when it comes to skill for NFS fans, this and the Extreme 1 and 2 night challenges on NFS Heat +the heat lvl of the police.

Excellent guide man, very helpful indeed! I see you use the Huracan for drift, and while I’ve heard it’s the best drift car in the game, I’m actually using the McLaren 570s for all the drift events. So far I’ve managed to get gold on each drift event I’ve runned (although Robyn 1 took me a few hours). Perhaps the 570s is the secret Huracan killer in this game?

Of course, all of the dots are on the far left side (= maximum drift). On the nitrous, however, I put it one step to the left from the middle. This car is really good once you learn to master it, but I don’t know how it performs relative to the Huracan. If you’re on PS4, I can share the wrap I’ve made for it!
Just got the gold score on Manu 4 (3rd try). I don’t mean to boast or anything, but that’s gotta say something about the 570s’ potential, right? It’s the Huracan killer, I’m telling you guys!!!

Well my friend, 85 hours of gameplay and i m finally done with this prestige mode. Your guide really helped me a lot especially in the beginning. Thanks for your hard work and dedication. It must have been very hard to build up this guide. Btw i switched skyline r34 for drift events after trying with huracan a bit. In my opinion r34 better than huracan. The most frustrating event was Robyn 6 for me. It really took too much time to finish it up. Manu 8 was much easier for me.

I've come to accept that I'll never get the achievement on Xbox for getting gold in all the events because I'm just completely garbage at drifting lol ... Literally everything else that has to do with just racing is gold but anything I have that intends it's for drifting is either bronze or silver ... I just can't .... If it requires me to chain a drift and get a high score I literally try once or twice and can probably only manage close to a 300k score or way less ... Again racing is no problem I'll ace that 100% of the time but drifting yeeee no way lol sucks that it's the last achievement but ohwell just gotta accept I'm really good at racing not drifting

@@Oguz007 I’ve seen others mention an infinite nitro glitch, but I’ve never looked into it or showed it on the video. My methods are all via legitimate means of gameplay, it’s all very much possible 🙂
my biggest tip is: use nitrous as much as you can. try to memorize “where to start saving nitro” instead of wasting 10s of race without using any nitro at all. I’ve been doing faster runs than most of the ones I’ve been watching on this massive tutorial 😁😁😁

Your high slip build, does it use the same car stance tuning as the control build, or is it all default?

Despite millions of attempts, I only managed to get gold in all drifts, and only silver in the other races, only in the last race I gave up and got bronze, not to mention that my PS4 didn't fly out the window almost a dozen times xD

Well, I guess the old ones get, the worst we play. I can't get more than 140k points even using your guide. Even with your settings, I need to use handbrake + brake to start a drift, and then the car just goes to side way to fast and to not lose the points I have to straighten the car. How do you do your drifts? do you brake and after do the turns or do it altogether? I need serious help.
It depends on the turn! If it’s a wider turn, a standard break is alright to do. Drifting tyres help with the slip. The more narrow turns require a handbreak drift to pull off like we see in the beginning part on Manu 3. Right, on turns you have to turn into it while also braking

That’s one of the tougher ones, it requires a precise time. Toughest thing about it is the the first 2 curves need to be properly executed along with the last curve at checkpoint 20. Other than that, it’s all straight roads
Amy’s sprints were pretty hard, specially Amy 6, haven’t tried the drift events I’m planning to finish all the race events and do all the drift ones in bulk
Damn... after 20 hours i only have the last 3 robyn's events.. and then the Finale.. any advice for Robyn 6 and 7? I think these will be a real pain in the ass..
Yessir, I’ve got lots to share in regards to Robyn 6 and Robyn 7.
Very similar to Manu 8, Robyn 6 is all about finding out whether you do better staying in gear 2 for quick successive chains or if you do most of the race in gear 3. The playstyle varies from player to player, but the results need to be tested. This one is a multi-lap course, so you can determine your score average per lap and can multiply that average by the amount of laps it takes to finish the race.
Robyn 7 is also a multi lap. It took me some time to realize this, but the small little curve heavily matters toward your score. I’d recommend restarting if you can’t get a clean drift on the small curve. I pretty much did lots of practice trying to get a solid drift on that one. Then across the entire course, I alternated from gears 3 and 4 depending on the part of the course I was on. Time is much tighter on Robyn 7 than on Robyn 6 so it also has a Gymkhana feel to it.
The Finale combines many races you should have already mastered - CJ-Tastic, I Am The Law, Component Parts, Go Big or Go Home, Wide & Tight and a few more. That’s why the finale is recommended for last since you’ve mastered those other ones already. The time in the finale isn’t as strict as a few of the other sprints we’ve taken on so far. If you keep up the intensity and quality you had in Amy 6 “Legend’s Wheels”, you’ll get the time. Amy 6 is very tight on time.

My PB on Spike 5 was 1:51. Looked awfull. Used other guides till now, and managed to get 1:46. That's why i started to look for more help. With this guide i managed 1:44'12. And i struggle to repeat (and beat) that. I swear handling in this game changes every half hour or so. I do the same actions in same corners at same angles. Will i slide? Will i slide too much? Spin and crash to wall? Understeer and not turn at all, crashing into opposite wall? Lottery. And i do everything the same every time.

Just started and spike 5 is already the hardest one I challenged. This timer is broken.
Its tough man, if you wanted a shortcut and timesave, we can handle it for you in about 3 hours
@@Neg96 Thanks, but I can’t let that sit on me. I know the track inside out and know which part to take and how. The problem is that the performance of the game is catastrophic and my car steers itself, but I have slowly got to grips with that. NPCs are also a problem, but unfortunately it doesn't work without try and error.
