I noticed that a lot of these small set videos we see in the recommended videos end up with Icehouse-sized crowds. It's kinda off-putting for people who are used to the sound of a full auditorium's fullness of reverberation and the sheer mass of the audience's ambient sounds. I get how it's jarring, but when comics work IRL they sometimes do REALLY small rooms or just bars.

oh my god. I really like him! He's hilarious. Its 1am and I'm trying to laugh as quietly as possible as to not wake up my sister but he made it really difficult. My favorite part about him was that even thou the crowd was terrible, he still had this confidence about him. Like he knew just how funny he was and he wasn't bothered by how unresponsive they were.
I just really like how intelligent and witty he is. You have to keep up, and you find yourself appreciating things later. Just a really funny guy. And the turtle thing?? Priceless.
