FRIENDS got me to LEGO since 2015, and I can definitely say that the 2023 reboot is the BEST era of the theme to date!
Finally someone agrees to say that it’s underrated !!!!
The sets are amazing and they have unique styles !

Me lol. Girls on a kiss as well as next generation, I really enjoyed them both!
Love the Friends lines! Mini-dolls and mini-figs looks just fine together in a City, and they are some of the best parts packs as well as fun builds to boot!
Friends has some of the best builds ever, even something as simple as a school

It's targeted for every human! Apart from people who physically can't use it or people for who it would be dangerous to use it, like babies.
Honestly, kids nowadays are so lucky :)

Wow that botanical garden looks really special, like a custom MOC.
A lot of these sets are actually redesigns of the OG Friends. News van, Sea Rescue centre, Sea rescue boat, (plane was a helicopter in OG), Sports Cantre, even pier water park is copies of the OG Pier theme park, and the stables.... there are about 20 of them in some way shape or form.
Yes, the designs are WAY cooler but they are things that are being duplicated.... which sucks a bit, especially for us minidoll/Friends AFOL's.

Keep it underrated, then the prices will stay reasonable and it will have quality set designs...unlike City.
Friends theme is yes so underrated🤔 Some one who not like Friends, says it it too colorful, and there are mini dolls instead to mini figs😱 I like the theme👌😎🔥
makes me wish I was a little kid again, cause I'd totally ask for some of these for Christmas or my birthday :')

I agree with you, 90% of my stash in friends specially with the new 2023 wave and 10% are city. those are my 2 favorite lines. Im not a huge disney fan but this year lego is killing it. I got the tower and the botanical garden, and the pancake shop and buggy. plan to get leos kitchen and the bus even though i think they are over price. also plan to get the park and news van. Im going to make a moc for the pancake shop and make it bigger.
Correction: the recolored saxophones in the Botanical Gardens are Bright Spring Green (Bricklink color), not Lime Green.
The best part about Autumn's Riding Stable is that it perfectly complements Autumn's House, which we got in the previous wave.
Also, do those stickers on the sides of the catamaran floats cover more than one piece each?!?! I thought LEGO had stopped putting single stickers over multiple pieces.
I have the botanical set. It is amazing. I hadn’t seen the otter set yet. Now that you’ve shown it, I want to get it!!!!
Wanted to shoutout the Friends 30635 Beach Cleanup polybag available from the Lego VIP Rewards Center for 500 VIP points (~$3.50) that includes one of those adorable otters! I think it's a great value set to nab in place of or along with the Sea Rescue Center.
Going to disagree slightly on the Autumn's Stable set being overpriced-it's pretty in line with Friends horse-themed sets. It most closely correlates to 41126 Heartlake Riding Club from 2016-for the same price it has a few less pieces and is a little smaller overall but has the same number of horses and minifigs and a generally comparable build. And it's just so gorgeous. ❤
I broke down and got the kitchen because it was $54.39 at target. I figured it wouldn’t be on sale later on, and I want the full tower 😍. I also got the bro pack with Leo and Olie and the pizza pack haha. Leo and Olie were $15 They had the small sets on sale too, but decided against them and for the pizza pack for full price. Love it!

Sometimes I wish Lego would give the side builds the option to be sold separately Because there are many times where I find the side build better than the main build and I just want the side build. Like if this mini tennis/soccer arena sold by itself for like 10 bucks or around there, I'd buy it in a heart beat.
Jumping back into Lego after a long time. I have two sons, now early 20’s and they were not interested in Friends sets as children, so I never even investigated this theme. So when I first saw the botanical garden set, and purchased two copies to do a moc, I started looking closer. Wow they have some great sets! I will be buying more! Looking for deals leading up to Christmas. Currently Amazon and Walmart have a number of sets on sale. Thanks for the great review!
There has been another Friends gym in 2017: set 41312 Heartlake Sports Center. And also the Downtown Diner modular included a gym! :)
