    Thanks again Jake. Vignettes such as this are marvelous insights. At 2:40 I would love to see what the "Apartments for Rent" along the river there are like.
    Georg's sidewalk ice cream concession is brilliant! I used to like a bit of wine on ice cream, so making ice cream with wine in it must be lovely. A couple of Friends from Georgia I worked with in Alaska back in the last century, said that Tbilisi back then looked a lot like late 1800's wild west American town you might see in the movies, and here it does remind me a gold rush town from California, Colorado, Oregon or Nevada. Pretty cool.

      Welcome welcome, I think the the apartments are actually hotels, another subscriber told me that.
      I would love to visit The US some day.

    Great video! My girlfriend and I will be in Tbilisi in two months and we'll definitely head to these spots (though I'm sure walking will be not quite as enjoyable once winter has set in)

      It's definitely different in the winter but I like the cozy sleepy vibe of winter in a city like Tbilisi actually. Hope you will enjoy it as much as me :)

    Just watched all of your videos! Subscribed ✅ Keep momentum with the Tbilisi content mate, there is definitely an audience of us who are looking for exactly that - What it is like to move to and live in Tbilisi. I’ve one question, cannabis is legal in Georgia - which isn’t a problem - but how much do you see cannabis related shops and cannabis smokers around the city?

    Hey Jakes, I just accidentally discovered that the "white" building (behind the "for rent" building) is called Hotel Canyon. Guest reviews are negative (noisy, no sign board hotel, no customer service).

      Oh don't stay there then lol, and thanks for the information 🙏🏻

    "For rent apartments"!! Says the sign above the waterfall. I am curious how much is the rent. U mentioned in another video that you'll be going somewhere else soon. Why are u leaving Georgia?

    I am considering Portugal or Georgia. I am a little worried about Georgia's proximity to Russia, although from what I've seen on RUclips, it looks safe. Is it safe for Americans?

      @jakobchoe  2 года назад +1

      In the evereday scenario, yes it's safe and we can as everywhere in the west feel the effect of the war and post covid, but it's safe. In the bigger picture, what will happen if Putin succeeds? We don't know.
