The best origami rose I've seen, have been making this one for years. To master this I've been even using the bus tickets during the travel to school... but I've forgotten after a while. So lucky to still have this online!

it takes the wise hands of an origami expert to do something so delicate as this rose... keep trying and never give up, for one thing origami teaches (other than snow balls in the trash can) is patience and practice...

this is the first tutorial i saw that actually made sense... even though it's so fast and there are no instructions. somehow i actually ended up making a rose!!

Thanks, I learned how to make this beautiful rose and believe it or not, it's so easy. The trick for those who didn't get it; Watch the instructor the instructor first and after follow the shape of the rose and then you will get it.

I mean, sure, his video titles are in English, yet that doesn't mean he speaks it. Regardless of that, I enjoy watching him make origami. It's very soothing and also creative. It inspires me to do my own.

I had to rewind everything back and pause to make sure i followed every single step. The last few steps were a little hard but my rose turned out pretty much okay. Just a tip, try to slow down or add subtitles if you are shy to talk. But overall awesome tutorial. :D

I made it easy from 2:29, once you start to fold it in circles, keep going until you make the rose shape...really makes it a lot easier than to keep folding it like you did...I mean, I was way inpatient to do the additional steps! :P

Ok, for everyone saying that it's too fast, there's this amazing little invention called a pause button. If you scroll over the video a little black bar that has a button with two vertical lines, or upward lines if you dont know what that means. Pressing this will cause the video to stop in place so you can catch up, then pressing it again will make it go again. And if you get lost again you can use the button again to catch up. Yay technology :D

If you've tried watching other video tutorials and know how to make roses with the Kawasaki twist, you'll see that it's somehow the same but the person who made this video did not do the pre-creasing. But it's a pretty simple rose to make. It doesn't look that pleasing anyway, so don't get frustrated, guys. :) Watch other tutorials. :D

this is the advanced version, the simplified version is
    1. Fold a peice of the finest origami paper in half
    2. place in the palm of your left (not right!) hand
    3. close left hand and squeeze tightly
    4. open hand, and boom origami rose
