I don’t have much to say - there’s good apps like Harmonomics and there’s also just transcription! I’ve transcribed tons of solos and continue to transcribe, and I don’t have much advice other than to start easy and work on it frequently

The idea is X can be changing. If you’re 17 and know 80 jazz standards but you’re not great at sight reading, I might recommend a shift to that focus if that’s something you’re getting better at. X being repertoire can be redundant if you’re using this hour as an addition to the time you spend in a week learning music for gigs.
