Alux.com so do you think that marriage is merely piece of paper??
Still I expect nothing less from an atheist.
Human being process things in three form of intellects.
      1. Emotional intellect (feelings )
      2.logics
      3. Spiritual intellect ( soul mate and divine providence).
When a couple 👫 tie knot
They are declaring an eternal bond in spirit, logics, and emotion in the presence of their friends, family, law and God.
Their is no bond that's deeper that an eternal bond under such condition. 🎆

As a Bulgarian I felt depressed watching this video and in a way it was offensive, too. Why so many negative things? Not a single mention of the Cyrillic, or the fact that Bulgaria was founded in 681 and has not changed its name ever since. You could've included much more interesting facts, and it's really sad that you did not. It seems like you had good intentions but missed the point and/or were in a rush. Just some friendly advice, dig a little deeper for facts next time. Regardless of that, thank you for doing a video about my country.

First Bulgarian state was conquered by Byzantine Empire in 1018 and second Bulgarian state by the Ottomans in 1393, the third Bulgarian state appeared later in 1878 (?)
Greece is much older, Armenia or Georgia too, but all these states disappeared for many centuries like Bulgaria too

But Velliko Tarnovo and Ethera (hope I spelled them right) were one of the most incredible places I have ever seen. The food is beyond delicious and affordable. Some real facts about Bulgaria, #GaliaBoneva:
    - Bulgaria hasn't changed its name since it was established in 632 A.D
    - Oldest golden treasure in the world was discovered in Bulgaria, Varna Necropolis.
    - Fisrt Digital Computer, fisrt digital wristband watch, Nivilin drug, tablet for blind people and many more were invented by Bulgarians.
    - Bulgarian army never lost a flag in battle.
    - Cyrilic alphabet was created and developed in Bulgaria and it was given to the slavic world (incl Russia).
    - Bulgaria has 48 very nice sea resorts, that are relatively cheap compared to everything in Europe.
    - Bulgarians consider Macediona as a "brother" country since the region was part of the country for centuries and it is populated with bulgarians. Even if the two nations share the same language, traditions and history, due to politics and propaganda for the last 50 years the slavic population in FYROM thinks that it is something else.
    - Oldest remains of human predecessors were found in regions in Bulgaria and Greece.
-Many artefacts, baths and even entire cities can be found under the ground from the Roman Ages.
    - Oldest city in Europe is in Bulgaria (Plovdiv) 6000 BC.
    - Bulgaria is second after Iceland in Europe with more than 1600 mineral springs.

Vasilena Eleutheria There was not a Bulgarian country between 1421-1878 but that's not what he is trying to say. In that period Bulgaria was conquered but than reestablished with the same name. Many states in Europe have changed there names since their founding but Bulgaria was founded with that name and have never changed it.

I am Bulgarian from Kazanlak. You made one big mistake . The oldest gold treasure in the world is not in Kazanlak but in Varna - our "sea capital". It is dated abot 6000 years B.C. and is practically older than Shumer (which was supposed to be the first state in the world). The existence of that Varna golden treasure indicates that an older and more developed civilization existed here at the black sea cost. Some scientists call it the Varna civilization or the Eastern European civilization - about 2000 years older than Shumer and Egypt.
Kazanlak on the other side is famous with its Thracian thombs, there is a golden treasure there too but it is not as old and as precious as the Varna one. :)

This video is misleading. There is little to no truth at all.
    1. Bulgaria can't be silicone valley of the eastern block because there isn't Eastern Block anymore.
    2. This thing with the births outside of marriage has to do with the big population of gypsies in the country.
    3. The thing with the number of non-stop pharmacies is absurd and i am not going to comment it.
    4. Bulgaria does not want to leave NATO and has never wanted.
    5. The company buying CEZ has enough capital and it has been proven that it has nothing to do with the government.
    6. Can you explain me how a man's dissappearance is a fact about Bulgaria. You have nothing other to tell about? Why didn't you say anything for Stefka Kostadinova for example or other great Bulgarian sportists like Gregor Dimitrov, Dimitar Berbatov, Hristo Stoichkov.
The information in the video seems to be taken from cheap false sensation seeking news websites. I don't recommend watching it. Instead watch some of the other videos about Bulgaria in RUclips there are a lot better.

Yay my country 🇧🇬 I love you guys but your fact collection this time is sooo lazy
    The nurses weren’t guilty
We don’t want out of NATO - one person does.
What you call “Greek yogurt” is in fact Bulgarian yogurt, and no, flavored youghurt is not a thing
A random disappearance of a foreigner is not a fact about Bulgaria, it’s random news. The disappearance of one of our biggest and brightest alpinists, while attempting to climb Mount Everest, who battled cancer and recovered from a car crash, is a fact about Bulgaria
The “double standard” is not applicable to Bulgaria alone, and not much applicable about Aluxers either - it covers crappy packaged, processed food, that not one normal person eats anyway.

neznam 21 Кое не ти харесва в България? Погледни хубавите ѝ черти и се научи да обичаш родината си. Един българин не е българин, ако не може да уважава и цени своето отечество и своята държава.

    • @neznam2181
      @neznam2181 6 лет назад +18

    • @maribekyarova4069
      @maribekyarova4069 6 лет назад +23

Bulgaria is oldest country in Europe. Bulgaria is first national state in Europe which adopt Christianity and Bulgarian church became first national independent church in Europe in year 927.
Bulgarians created Bulgarian Civilization with Bulgarian language, Bulgarian alphabet Cyrillic and Orthodox Christianity.
Bulgarians spread Christianity and the Bible, translated into Bulgarian language and written in Cyrillic, among the so-called "Slavs" and incorporated most of the "Slavs" into Bulgarian civilization, including the Russians.
All so-called "Slavic" languages are created on the basis of Bulgarian language. Russian language and so-called "Slavic" languages on the Balkans are dialects of Bulgarian language.
Today about 300 million people in Eurasia including Russia use Bulgarian writing system Cyrillic as the official alphabet.

Very very poor video. Basically, not a single fact which is entirely accurate. Not a single one. Here a few remarks. 1) Vassil Bozhkov is not the first bilionare in Bulgaria, he's the second. 2.)Bulgaria IS NOT among the poorest in Europe, it is the poorest in the EU which is not the same. Most european countries outside of EU are actually poorer. 3) We absolutely do not want to leave the NATO agreement. Pro-russian parties are pushing this non-sense but no mainstream party is considering this option seriously. 4)Electricity in Bulgaria is actually much cheaper than in most european countries. 5) Greeks DO NOT have Yoghurt. They use the Bulgarian yoghurt but cannot replicate it properly. And one more little dirty secret. The Feta Cheese is not greek, neither. It is Bulgarian White Cheese, which they started to promote as Greek Feta in the West during the Cold War, when Bulgaria was blocked behind the Iron Curtain. 6)I will politely skip the bullshit about the oldest treasure in the world from the 12. century AC. The list of fake bullshit goes on and on...
What a disgraceful shit video with 1.8 K fake likes. Such a poor job. Thumbs down on that video.

Hello! I am from Bulgaria and I want to say just one thing. Bulgaria is one of the most beautiful countries in the world. Here you can be camping in the mountain and after 3 hours you can be at the beach sunbathing. Bulgaria has amazing places with beautiful nature and also a fancy resorts, here you can chill, go shopping, sunbathing, etc. and still you talk about the political problems we have, not for the important things. If someone wants to visit our country, they wouldn't because you present only bad things, not all but the majority ot the said was bad.
I like all of your videos because they are interesting but this is not, maybe because i'm a native. But because of people, channels and TV programmes like yours, people think that Bulgaria is a poor country, yes, maybe we don't have economy like France, Germany or England but we are rich in nature, beautiful people inside and outside and that is the only thing that matters. Thank you very much.
Oh, and the next time you decided to make a video about a small and "poor"country in Europe, Asia, Africa, etc. before you film it just make sure the things are first true and second to be on the subject.

Lyudmil Guenov, try just making a rational point somewhere. WHAT'S WRONG? Do some research, please. Bulgarian yogurt is one of the best probiotics out there. You believe that your feelings ( hatred for Bulgarians, even though you were born there) and perceptions are indeed a proof. .....Gosh, you are all over the place - NATO; the role of Russia in Bulgarian history; you: "I am on American from Bulgaria and I don't want to waist my time going in Bulgaria" ( who cares?! ) ... Some hotch-potch. Your high and mighty attitude is not very appealing!

Lyudmil Guenov, you really don't know when to stop, do you?!... I mean making fool of yourself! Your statements are stupid and have nothing to do with the topic. Anyone with a brain can see that. " ...stupid movies,..."smart" fake name,...smart Bulgarian junk food". Just for the record, I live neither in Bulgaria, nor in the USA. Yes, I was born in Bulgaria and unlike you am totally OK with that. Hence, nothing fake in the name, just one word in two languages... Grow up and decide who you want to be and where you want to live...Maybe you need to move to another place in the world, which you admire...And learn the difference between constructive criticism and personal attacks.... Oh, and for free : "You are name" is wrong! There is a huge difference between "you are" and "your". Since you're not a Bulgarian junk food, find it yourself. Spelling and grammar, obviously not your forte!

I have no idea who got the idea for the video but surely it’s not about tourism at all. Not at all. First , there are seven countries in Europe that are poorer than Bulgaria so it’s not poorest or among the top 5 poorest, the facts about the pharmacies and the NATO are not true at all, Bulgaria is refreshingly modern since the last ten years and its developing. I highly doubt that Bulgaria is represented as a good place in that video, shame zzz shame and again shame.

I am Damn Proud to be born a Bulgarian!
I wish the makers of this video and other videos across youtube would focus on all of the amazing things about my home country. Such as how it was founded in 681 and is THE OLDEST slavic country still standing. How it has a cyrillic alphabet, Or how the last tzar, was forced to abdicate his throne after his fathers untimely death and then was banished at a very young age. He then graduated at prestigious Valley Forge Military School in Pennsylvania, USA and came back to serve as prime minister. I wish more people would focus and talk about its rich history, folklore, myths and legends and even castle remnants across the country and all of the awesome tourists destinations. I can go on forever.
But i agree with #16 the Bulgarian rose information, Bulgaria has the most beneficial roses in the world that have medicinal and healing properties and will alwaysbe my favorite flowerand the only one i use in beauty products. The power of Bulgarian rose oil can be traced back in history thousands of years ago, royals would bathe in it, use it for their hair skin and even ingest it to benefit from its healing properties. Or focus on how it should be a top tourist destination considering the low prices and the high quality you receive for your money. If you are ever lucky enough to visit Europe, you MUST STOP IN BULGARIA and visit some of its many attractions. As a child, standing among the castle walls was like a blast from the past, you can feel the soft humm as you are surrounded by the history making you feel like a part of it.
Or how if you lived in Bulgaria ( like me) before they joined the EU, Bulgaria was a great place to live at but since their independence from 50 years of Russian oppression, joining the EU was a huge and costly mistake, raising cost of living but keeping salaries the same. I wouldnt trade my childhood for the world, nor could i imagine a better place to have grown up at. Bulgaria will always be my home. People need to understand that Bulgaria is the victim of tragedy when it comes to the government, but it in no way is a representation of the people and the country as a whole. The people from the cities to the villages (selo) are sweet and welcoming and help eachother out. I have never met more inviting and friendly people in any of my travels yet Bulgaria is full of them. Along with its history it is rich in customs and traditions, such as treating your house guests like royalty by catering to them, offering refreshments and snacks. Making sure your guests are always full, happy and comfortable. Or the holidays we have such as " Name Day " where common names are celebrated. Or how popular "folk" music is in the pop culture there. They call it "chalga" and it is a mix of traditional folk music and modern disco style beats and very pop-like lyrics. Chalga singers are national celebrities. Loved and adored by all ages. The culture there is generally more relaxed, and it is normal for a child to have a small glass of wine or beer at the dinner table. Or how Bulgarians invented their own liquor called "RAKIA" which i would describe as a mix between moonshine and vodka. It is usually brewed at home from various fruits and or vegetables. Odd funny fact, there we eat hot dogs chopped up with our mac and cheese. And on our ramen we put ketchup, or how a Bulgarian pizza is meant for the whole family and must be eaten with a fork and knife which is the proper way to eat it by cutting it up in small pieces.
Number 16: is also funny and true!! We got it backwards haha we just had to be unique and different. So we say no by nodding and yes by shaking our heads.
Bulgarian history is full of heroes/heroines and stories that inspire and teach us about honor, bravery, pride, tradition, humility, perseverance, ingenuity and the power of human will lie at the very core of every Bulgarian. It is in our genes and DNA, it is what makes us very unique and different from other European countries.
Its not some poverty stricken 3rd world country dump like so many uneducated people think it is.. its truly a remarkable country worth protecting and fighting for.
Most people there know everyone in politics is just a puppet of the organization that is pulling the strings and calling the shots. And if the few that have all the power to make great change happen ³are working towards total collapse of the country, (which is extremely shameful and disgraceful) and eradicating the middle class, they have successfully chased out a lot of good Citizens in search of better wages elsewhere in Europe.
(Fun fact: the UN allows you to use your ID card instead of needing a passport to travel across many other European countries. Many Bulgarians look for seasonal jobs abroad or work for a few years and then return back home. Bulgaria has become a great place to travel through, with its gorgeous women and many breathtaking sights. Cheap alcohol and wide variety of disco clubs. Suprisingly education there is far more advanced and challenging as compared to America. Growing up there all i did was homework, i was studying Russian, Bulgarian and English from kindergarten and had i finished school there i would have been fluent in 5 languages. Their math is also more advanced and challenging and tests are made with the purpose of challenging students and weeding out the ones who did not take the time to study. Our school field trips were to other countries, not so sheltered like they are here.
The rules and laws there are so relaxed and not suffocating: i was able to purchase cigarettes and alcohol for my mother as a child. I could walk around drunk downtown as a teenager and have a good time and not stress about cops chasing me over nothing because they have nothing better to do than stunt youth growth. There the cops actually focus on big issues, and real threats to society. But no one wastes their time profiling and harassing people all day in hopes of violating their rights. Given, their salary is so low they do not belive in risking their lives over stupid insignificant matters. You would think petty crime rates would be through the roof because its not really pursued or punished as much but funny enough it has the opposite effect on people by diminishing the desire to commit petty crimes.
I am a firm beliver that a countrys leaders should be held responsible for how the country is presented to the world and perceived. Those in positions of power should be ashamed and should take time to reflect on how many people across the Planet have no idea: where BG is on a map, that its not a 3rd world country, and that no one knows of the special and amazing place it truly is. The leadership is usually the reason behind counties rising or falling. It would be truly a shameful tragedy to let one of the worlds oldest European countries rich in culture and history just fade away. If tel aviv can make a come back then so can the once biggest and most important cultural hub of the European mideval era. The capitol of Bulgaria was more important than turkeys worldwide famous "constantinople"
Or how about how the Ottoman empire was able to defeat the mighty force that was the Bulgarian army and then took control and enslaved Bulgaria for 300 years, leading many brave and honorable women to commit suicide rather than become "harem hens" and after getting free of ottoman oppression Bulgaria fell pray yet again and was under Russian control for 50 years until the UN finally broke the states tight grip at last and made Bulgaria a free country once more. Although had you lived there in the 90s you would be shocked to admit communism actually helped Bulgarias economy and made life more simple and easier to survive. There were less jobs but competative pay and prices of goods and bills stayed relatively reasonable. Now monopolies tower over electric companies and prices are unbelievable and down right unrealistic making it impossible for vulnerable members of society such as young adults and retirees to live a normal life, when electric and heating/hot water is a luxury most cant afford. There are now many jobs left behind and not much competition but the salaries are no where near enough to cover necessities. The price of living is going up because so many citizens left to work abroad but now the ones left cannot afford to live with the skyrocketing prices and salaries that are no where near adequate.
Most homeless people there are considered "Gypsies" and transients there are considered a nuisance to society. There are no government programs to help them so society shuts them out but poor communities in the country have suprisingly strong bonds with one another and are always helping one another. The poor people are the kindest and most giving i would say. Its a loving and accepting culture, very old fashioned yet becoming more modern by the day. tabboos have yet to break the norm and become something acceptable. Since the dawn of time in Europe homosexuality is still very very frowned uppon, followed by feeling condemned, shamed and rejected by the community even lesbians. Women usually have traditional roles in marriage and are raised traditionally from childhood. There are 4 levels of division between classes of people. Gypsies being the very bottom along with homeless people. Village folk, that you can compare to modern day country folk. But they are usually lower class, and most have farmland they use for income and the village is its own community outside city limits and is usually not governed by city police. City folk, most are now above middle class and upper class, they stick to living within city limits, most either own a vehicle or use public transportation or walk as everything is close by.

I'm from Bulgaria and at least 10/15 facts were negative, which is very dissapointing. Missing man, expensive electricity, mafia, not enough pharmacies, imported shit food etc etc. By the way the vegetables in here are much much better if not one of the best tasting and natural in all of Europe. There are so many other things just by doing a simple search. All the good things are replaced by things that no one gives a shit about ... millionaires, Vasil Bozhkov.

Cuz on the end of the day that's a facts for every single country around the world
Which don't have mafia and underground world but that's not the things people are looking for when choosing where to have a holiday cuz i didn't see to be explained that way for other countries

You could've mentioned so many interesting things... And №10? This treasure is thracian, dated between 4th and 3rd c. BC, not 12-14th c. AC. So misleading...

Right from the first fact you are showing to know nothing. It was called silicon valley bc in 80's. there was a region that produced PCs called Pravetz.

Excuse me, hello. Some of the so called facts you promote are wrong. But it's alright, i just want to say that the Varna Necropolis gold treasure is not Medieval and is not from the 14th century , also not from the second Bulgarian Empire.
Carbon dating has put it 4569 - 4350 Before Christ. That is the age that makes it the oldest treasure in the world. Cause you know... Its 6500 years old. Plus The 3rd oldest city in the world is in Bulgaria : Plovdiv ageing - 6000 bc as the first settlement in Europe. Thank you. :)

    1. The American Silicon Valley is full of Indians, Asians and Jews ... but not Americans.
    2. Bulgaria has a population of about 7.5 million people, the US has over 350 million people. Out-of-wedlock childbirths are BG 58% and US 42%!
    3. Do you really want to start talking about the American health system !?
    4. Bulgarian students know what DNA is, American university lecturers do not know where Europe is!
    5. Let's not forget the start of the 2008 economic crisis, the American gluttony
    6. America threw atomic bombs over Japan.
    7. Facebook drew the eyes of the world when they were accused of leakage of personal information and manipulation.
    8. Yes! We love NATO as much as Trump.
    9. Here I agree, we have an extraordinary problem!
    10. Thumbs up!
    11. Thumbs up again!
    12. The world is full of missing people!
    13. Double standards, you know best what they mean.
    14. I'm still waiting for my month ...
    15. Yes it is! 100% true story

I have a question - is it hard to respect my opinion? You don't know what I've been through and not only me, my family, friends and relatives count too. Before you start writing idiotic comments and say people "what they are" you must think about it for a moment, otherwise you look like an absolute moron. You got me?

Ahhh the nodding part gets me every time! Nobody ever understands me in Bulgaria, nodding and saying yes? It's contradictory there so it just confuses everyone, 16 years and it's still a learning curb for me
