Most people in Europe and other countries like Japan hate Rootbeer because it tastes like medicine to them. The reason for the medicinal comparison is most likely due to the fact that root beer was originally made from sassafras. In other countries, sassafras is often used in medicine.

There is a subscription service where you get snacks from different places each month.
I love Knoppers, they're perfect when you fancy a chocolate bar but you're not sure which one, since the inside covers all bases.
Crunchy is hokey pokey honeycomb lol. Congrats to Austin & fam on the coming arrival. Love the work guys

The Crunchie reminds me of the angle candy we (the restaurant I used to work at) used to make in the Midwest. It was my favorite sweet/candy but so stinking hard to make. Too much/little humidity and it's ruined. Such a temperamental sweet.

Hey there Austin and Cam. Do you have a European Food Club store in your city? We have one here in Logan, Utah and they have treats and savory foods from all over Europe and the Tim Tams from Australia, which I know you guys love!!! 😋😋😋
a lot of these we have in Canada and i love them, we have sections in the food aisle with European food in them only, it is amazing.
Crunchy is honeycomb that’s why it’s the consistency it is.

Love y’all and I love your candy tasters. My favorite, Abba Zabba, then anything Butterscotch, lol then black licorice ❤❤👍
By far, my favorite candy bar was the Barnone. But before they changed it into a two mini bar pack. The original single bar was bomb. I would buy the whole box. Was discontinued in the 90s, so sad.
from the Netherlands, I really loved Milk Duds. But now I can't find them anywhere in stores anymore
They haven't tried eetpapier, hopjes, kalkblokken of brokken druivensuiker hahaha
@@ameldekrom402 I wouldn't give eetpapier to anyone to try. It's so tasteless. I also personally don't count the druivensuiker as a candy.
But yeah, Hopjes are great! I would also say more different kinds of licorice.. but we know both don't like the taste of them 😅
Most of Germans dont drink the "AHOi Brause".... There is a much funnier way to take it.... shame to me - not for Cam sadly.
Austin may try this: do a shot of clear alcohol (maybe wodka) in a shot glas, put it in front of you. Then put one package of AHOI Brause completely in your mouth- dont swallow! And then get the shot into your mouth, shake your head to mix it - Done!!!!! It is such a fun , please try it
5:25 we have crunchie out here too 😅🇨🇦

Maoam is sold at aldi. You can get your fix there!
The Krunchies look like sponge candy, Used to get it in Buffalo NY . Look up Watson's candy to compare
I wound love to see candy apples differently ones or candy from Disneyland or try to make your own chocolate
We don't often look where candy's from but we more often take American recipes and try to use them to make American foods or to just change our recipies a bit.
I suggest(if you're able) trying to make traditional foods(sweet or savory, you decide) from Bosnia
You've had the Crunchie before I swear... because you can get them from Australia, the UK and Canada. It's Cadbury
