Hi. Great video! Question though: does the mileage on the car transfer to the new instrument cluster?

no, however you can disassemble the cluster and replace the odometer counter from your original cluster into the one with the rev counter...

I have been told the mileage can be changed over is this true?

The mileage is stored in the instrument cluster there may be a way to transfer it with the right tools but I didn't bother my car isn't worth much.
