- I have been meditating with Q'uo for a while and it is a mindblowing experience. You can tangibly feel their presence. They deepen your meditative experience, they heal, they teach, the offer love, they offer light.
Q'uo is a gathering of high density beings who are channeled by ll research. The energies of Q'uo await to guide us. They repeatedly tell us in their channelings that they are available to us in meditation. Meditating with Q'uo is quite unique because they are made up of 4th, 5th and 6th density social memory complexes. With your permission they are ready to aid you.
Connecting the energies of Q'uo on a regular basis is an amazing experience. These energies, transcendent and ancient, speak not in words but in the language of the soul. They beckon us to bring them into our meditations, offering their presence as a gift of profound transformation. Imagine the potential when we allow these energies to enter our practice.

Something amazing happened to me this afternoon while listening. I've been listening to this meditation for the last couple weeks. I asked for a sign and I woke up with a penny on my stomach. Has anyone experienced this? Brian thank you so much. This has helped me so I can help others. ❤

Hattan was a multi colored, mesmerizing sparkle of colors. Latwee was a swirl of silky and comforting blackness; like being slowly sucked in and stirred into a dark chocolate milkshake. Quo was thousands upon thousands of hooded beings, all enmeshed within a sea of each other, yet each individual was surrounded by an aura of light. I felt bodily sensations in my head & throat. And a TV screen flashed before me for a split second..filled with words. My conscious did not read the message bc it was so fleeting. But I know the wisdom is now within my subconscious, to slowly unpack when needed.
Had a similar picture of Q'uo as you did. I think I have some biases when in comes to colors since I visualized Hatton as gold and green, Latwi as white and blue and Ra as deep purple and violet. I felt the most physically with Hatton and felt deeper with Latwi and Ra
It was like.. Haton helping me to open my heart chakra.. I have been feeling stuck in judgement from others as well as becoming aware of my own judgement of them! I just thought to be nice to others no matter how I'm feeling and no matter how they are acting(easier said than done but very simple concept)🥰
L'twee sharing a message to my question about how do I go through my own process of self individuation while staying connected to unity consciousness? I received that whatever I am is in them and whatever they are is in me🥰
And then my eyes were flowing with a love and understanding that I can not even explain with words from Ra. There was absolutely no judgement.. there was only love and understanding😭

I also used a crystal during this meditation with the intention that I can refer back to these specific energies when I need and call upon it.
Wow. I feel fuller
I believe I have felt quo a few times. The first time i felt them I was in a meditative state, begging for help to quit smoking weed. I felt a tremendous energy moving through me and what I can only describe as an energetic massage?! Like my energy was being kneaded like dough! Through the course of the next 6 months I started being acutely aware of all the negative effects it was having on me. By the end of the 6 months I had completely stopped smoking pot. That was about a year ago 🥰

It felt amazing
I haven’t listened here in a long while. Today I wandered here and was happy to see this. Listening I felt, remembered a part of me I had to pause.. or did pause, at any rate.
I adore Q’uo and your readings from them have been one of the most .. transformative stepping stones in my recent years since my first encounter.
As I listened I was reminded of this part of me.
And as I began to listen, I had a thought to share which was, to those who might not feel-hear the connection to the energies called upon in this guided meditation it may be that you are having an expectation of answers, you want a thing solved for you in a just tell me what to do, sort of way of but they are a feeling of serenity and connection, of love and self and all beingness and remembering things you can not claim in this lifetime, sensation. They are there to hold a hand more than give you the answer or tell you what to do. It’s about guidance in a way of feeling and encouragement and so forth..
but, Brian already said all of these things shortly after I thought to say them. He already guided so beautifully, as he does so often, this meditation he has shared here, the heart-spirit-mind the love centered space that they are there for connecting with… all the things Brian said.. are the things I would have wanted to say.
This is a very wonderfully offered meditation, thank you, Brian Scott❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹
((It has been many times I have wanted to say this.. so, I’ll allow myself to today.. if you think it might add something that feels true, I wish the music parts were much longer, like much much longer and most importantly, if possible that as the meditation progressed your voice would get softer some. When I get deep into this, a part of me always holds back because I am a bit jarred from the sudden sound of voice and so I stay a bit on guard, about jumpy for when this moment will occur. Maybe just fade your voice in when you come to the next guided segment?..maybe, if it feels right of course, just a thing I’ve thought many times. Or if not a double long time of the music then perhaps use the gentle drum sound to indicate you are about to speak again, like a 1, then 1,2 and then a 1,2,3 and so the back of one’s mind can take notice of the 1,2,3 and know that you are going to speak?
It might just be me.
But I have always loved certain people’s guided meditations and really miss listening to them. I want to so much.. especially this one as it has a lot of familiarity of things for me and I like the sense of this, on many levels. I could do this by my self, but some times guided meditations are nice because I can let go in a way that is different. Sort of like a passenger in the car, able to look out of the window while someone else is driving when I am is usually the one behind the wheel, so to speak.
Just thoughts.
I’ve always wondered if you might share the music with out the words to some of them✨?
I have a few from another person on you tube I love as well but it is the same thing . I love the meditations and have listened many times so that I can recall the words and yet .. I wish I could listen to the music twice as long.

I recently had to get again cancel my paid subscription for RUclips to get rid of them.. and that causes me to also not be able to connect with the healing videos like this. And so many channels are so many commercial interruptions. But I notice a few people, they do not, by the nature of the video or by the channel creators choice, have the interruptions.

I was completely startled by Brian's voice re emerging in this one too. I had turned the volume up for the music but all of a sudden Brian's voice boomed in beside my head and my body jumped.

A Quo weekend! Love it.. Thank you. I listened to this 3-4 times in night/early morn. Sometimes asleep..other times awake. First just feeling them a little. Then hearing voices of love. Not sure if higherself too..I'm starting to think it's that too. Remembering to value and love it as well.. It guides us more than we know. Quo confirmed this and said it's the closest connection we have to ourselves and source. Wow! I think I've heard Bashar too. The tougher love one. Best to all...❣️

I have Parts that can be destructive - as I get to know them, I quickly see that they are “Only trying to help!” …they themselves didn’t know any better. They learn as I (the actual “I” as in “I Am” - the Higher Self) learns…
I have been doing this meditation every morning this week. I don’t feel much difference connecting to the 4th but when I connect to the 5th the tears always come and I feel the intensity of the love yet I also feel the loss of not living this love everyday- I feel connected yet still duality of the loss / love . when I connect with the 6 th and RA I instantly go into peace and calm - all tears stop the loss is instantly removed and I am at peace - feels like home and I am one. I always want to say thank you my Son or Sun both my light and my love. So much peace in this state of being. It always amazes me the instant change from 5th to 6th so profound and so beautiful. Thank you

the different sensations that came over me where heavenly. Warm peaceful comforting. I did this outside during lunch at work. They decided to start cutting the grass so i had to get up and move during the meditation.. but that did not break the meditation nor the lovely cocoon of magic euphoria! I felt like the calm jedi sitting in the middle of a battle unaffected by the tumult around me!!
Cant wait to do this again in a more private setting!!

Beautiful meditation ☺️ while meditating i tend to drift away sometimes, getting snippets of words or images, when i focused on hatton and ra, i "saw" a beatiful golden light for maybe 1-2 seconds in my minds vision. Shortly after that you mentioned their colors..just wow❤

Love this meditation. Although I didn’t get any major insight first time I noticed a difference in how I was dealing with things next day. Did it for a second time and went deeper but now I can meditate alone so much more easily. Inviting in the energies of Quo and it is best meditation on my own without listening to meditation tapes. I felt energy in and around my third eye and crown. My heart is at a more peaceful place after. I was engulfed with apprehensions and mind games with myself prior to doing this. I needed to break free from the cycles of the old thoughts and patterns, so I sat with this meditation. I do feel calmer and more at peace. So much change for me , in my life- so much unknown and the anxiety of the unknown I was asking for help with releasing the fears associated with this new state of unknowing and how to embrace rather than fight it. Hopefully answers will come as I move forward with life.

I felt Hatton's energies much more physically with some sensations and with Latwi and Ra I felt as meditating deeper. Thanks a lot for this meditation, it had been a while since I really felt a meditation this profound.
