- Follow along to see the steps we took to create the footer on our challenge site and add anchors as links in our site menu.
In this walkthrough, we’ll cover how to create a footer using a CSS Grid and advanced sizing, and add some final touches to our site. You’ll set up your site menu with anchors and adjust your logo to stay fixed on all screen sizes.

Adding a gradient effect to a section is great, but it would be even better if we could apply gradients to individual objects or elements. I believe WIX Studio should consider adding this feature.

I don't know why but I have a rectangular white box behind each menu item text separately. Can't seem to get rid of them.

Is it possible you're using a white background fill for each menu item? Try setting the background color of the menu items to 100% transparent. Hope this helps!
@@biggusy25 hey thanks for suggesting that. I checked the background full and it was transparent. I deleted the whole menu and re-added the menu back and it worked lol
I noticed that when resizing the preview, the tablet and mobile header didn't look like the example, I went to adjust them on tablet and couldn't move anything, remove overrides does nothing. On mobile I could adjust everything freely. Why can't I move anything on the tablet breakpoint?
I also have a site where I was testing everything shown on the course and saw that on tablet breakpoint there are some things I can move and some that I can't, but I can't find what does the unmovable items have in common.
