    In time stamp 08:55 , you said no ST depression in posterior MI . In Dubin ekg book page 285 there a ST depression. Any clarification please ? Thanks

      I think he's meaning this as a rule for old/age indeterminate MI's; in an Acute Posterior MI you will have ST-Depression in V1 as well as, if the depression in V2 is greater than that of V4, because V1 and V2 are the reciprocal leads of the posterior leads, and will show opposite deflection/changes.
